It was a great spot, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Just consider if you go during the summer it’s hot, there’s no ac. Other than that I definitely recommend it and would book again
The house was perfect for our weekend- clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. The only thing that wasn’t great was the hot water would run out after one shower. The hosts were very communicative as well. We hope to comeback in the summer!
The cabin was perfect for our party of 8, 4 kids and 4 adults. We hung out in the cozy living room by the fire and played games. The whole cabin is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. All new amenities in the kitchen. The deck area is gorgeous w great views. We had a great time, thank you for sharing your home. The host was very quick to reply with any questions we had.
We only had a few short days but enjoyed our stay immensely. Home was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our group of 6. Wonderful, quiet location. Owner responded quickly to questions.
Beautiful Cabin with Tv, Games to play, and plenty of room for our family of seven. The kids had a blast and the weather was perfect for snow play that weekend! We hope to come back again next year!
My family and I had the most wonderful stay ever! The property is beautiful and thoughtfully furnished with everything you could possibly need and very clean. We loved using the bbq grill and outdoor fire table. We visited in August so don’t be scared about no A/C. It’s very common and the fans did more than enough in keeping us cool. I originally didn’t see the fans in the picture but that’s because they have really nice retractable ones that come out of the ceiling lights. We also loved the location. We did visit Yosemite but loved how close it was to Pinecrest Lake where we fished, hiked and watched a few movies under the stars in their amphitheater. The hosts are also very responsive and helpful! Overall 10/10 would recommend.
Rating: Overall, my experience was okay, but there were a few things that didn't quite meet expectations.Positives:The check-in process was seamless. We were given a key code, which made entry easy, and the host generously allowed us to check in 1.5 hours early.Location & neighborhood: The area was fine, though I can imagine it being a challenge to access during snowy weather.Room for Improvement:Cold cabin: When we first arrived, the cabin was quite cold. While there were wall heaters and a fireplace, it took a while for the space to warm up.Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cabin wasn’t as clean as expected. My family noticed dirt on the floors—our white socks were dirty after walking around.Accuracy of listing: The photos on the VRBO listing don’t accurately represent the cabin. The pictures made the space appear larger than it actually was, and the furniture seemed newer in the photos than in person—it was quite worn.Communication: I reached out to the host on January 9th with a question but did not get a response. I did receive a reply regarding payment on February 6th, but it took a while for any communication to come through.Driveway/Access: If it had snowed during our stay, it seems like getting to and from the cabin and navigating the driveway would have been challenging.Overall, the cabin didn’t fully meet my expectations based on the VRBO listing, but the check-in process was smooth, and the host did their best in some areas.
