We are Sean and Lexi and we look forward to hosting during you visit! This home is the 1st unit in our historic home/duplex.
- Key-less entry means you can check in as late as you'd like, just use the door code.
LIVING ROOM
Upon entering the unit you will find a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it be work or play. The living room is equipped with a 65” Smart TV to stream your favorite show or movie (BYOP). WIFI provided.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to make your stay feel like home:
- All necessary plates, cups, pots, and pans.
- New appliances (No dishwasher)
- Coffee Maker
- Complimentary coffee and tea
- Complimentary bottle of wine
LAUNDRY ROOM
- There is a brand new LG 4.5 Cu. Ft. Washer & 7.4 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer for you to use In the unit (not shared).
- Iron and ironing board
- Swiffer wet jet and dry vac for any messes.
BATHROOMS
- You will be provided with:
- Fresh towels
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Bodywash
- Hairdryer
There is 1 full bathroom located downstairs and a 1 smaller full bathroom located upstairs next to the two bedrooms.

Awake refreshed and ready for another day of exploration with a hybrid foam and spring, queen sized mattress.

FRONT PATIO
Sit outside on the front deck at the picnic table and enjoy the incredible California climate. Or use the outdoor front patio furniture in the yard to sip a glass of wine while admiring the stained glass of the stunning St. Vincent’s Church across the street.

- Guests will have the entirety of Unit-A at their disposal as well as the front deck/porch and yard.
- Keyless door entry means you can come and go as you please in private. Each guest will be provided their own unique access code.
- There is plenty of free street parking in front or very close to the entrance.
- Please no parties, or any other guests besides those listed on reservation.
----INTERACTION WITH GUESTS----
We no longer live on the property so chances are you will not run into us. We occasionally visit the property to pull out the trash cans and do yard work. If you see us, feel free to say hi or nothing at all :) We respect our guests privacy and want to make your stay to be as comfortable as possible! Cheers!
OTHER DETAILS
Vallejo is centrally located about 20 miles from Napa and Sonoma wine country and about 30 miles to downtown San Francisco. The Sierras Nevada mountains are a few hours by car.
Staying with us on a Saturday?? Be sure to walk down and take in all the sights, smells, and sounds of our local FARMERS MARKET every Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
Walk down and enjoy the sunset, water view, and a beverage on the roof of the Mare Island brewery tap room.
without a car?? still want to visit SF?? No Problem! The SF Ferry terminal is a short walk away and can take you straight to downtown SF or the SF Giants baseball stadium.
Into artisan foods, cheeses, crackers, olive oils, chocolates, and more? Visit Anchor Pantry downtown on Maine Street to satisfy the cravings!
Speaking of food! If staying with us on a Wednesday - Sunday, make sure to check out Provisions down the street for a hip place to grab food, coffee, cocktails, or just a snack.

Why they chose this property
This was our first home. We enjoyed the close location to downtown and being able to walk to our favorites places like Anchor Pantry for shopping and provisions for lunch. If staying with us on a Saturday make sure to walk down and check out the farmers market from 9am to 2pm year around.

This property was originally built across the street in the late 1800's and was used by St. Vincent Church as their very first rectory building.
