Great location for being central to the places we needed to go. Bathroom is compact and house is a bit creaky.Remodel has been nicely done.View of Pikes Peak is lovely and we spent a fair amount of time outside.

It’s a very nice house located in a very central location easy to get to many places across Colorado. We really enjoyed our stay and one thing that was great for us was the location to the park. We wrote our bikes around town many times.

It was perfect and Jessica was a great host. The view of Pike’s Peak both from the house and the yard was exactly as promised. We sat outside with our coffee and stared at the beautiful mountain.

We only stayed one night and were pleasantly surprised with this property. I had overlooked that it had no A/C and was concerned since it was summer. No issues at all. Also, despite it being a smaller space, the space is used very well and worked great for the four of us. I think I got the best sleep here out of all the locations that we stayed on our 9 day trip. Also, they seem to have EVERYTHING we could have needed, were we to have stayed longer. Walked 2 blocks to breakfast, which was great, and watched a group of 4 deer walk by the house. Location was perfect.

We had a great 2-night stay at this very clean cottage. It seems tiny and big all at once, but it had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive with the few questions we had.

The area was close enough to walk and enjoy the town. Nice place and we enjoyed our stay very much. Plan on coming back to the area and or same spot.Great communication and any problem we did come across the owner was very helpful and was very quick to aid. Absolutely amazing.
