Completely outfitted for gorgeous stay, this cottage is ready to accommodate any of your needs...whether that is a walk to the lake, a snuggly night in, or anything in between. High speed wifi is free and perfect for working from the house if needed.

Walk out the front door of this downtown cottage and you are five minutes to downtown CDA. The coffeeshops! The restaurants! The lake!! Be prepared to want to move here...there is nothing better than CDA!

Hosts are on the property as the cottage is in the backyard of the main home, but it is up to the guest how much or little interaction the guest desires!

Quiet hours begin at 9PM. The space is small and limited to six adult guests. Guests in the home over six will incur additional charges.
Street parking is limited and in order to be good neighbors, we ask that no more than two cars park in the street.
Trailers or boat of any kind are too big to park in the street. There is additional boat and trailer parking less than a mile away at McEuen Park.

cute little guest house

This guest house was very nice and cozy although NO A/C which we could have used as it was very warm inside. We opened all the windows for some cool air. Some windows had no screens so they had to be closed at night. The couch was SUPER small and not fit for a man 6' 4" so I would advise for others to keep that in mind as it is uncomfortable for any length of time to sit on. It is more a tiny depth couch for very small people (kids). It was sufficient for the 2 night stay. The owners are very communicative and respond to emails quickly which is nice. Very nice neighborhood with good distance to downtown which is convenient. OVERALL 5 STARS!!! THANK YOU!
