Spacious lakefront home with one of the best lots on all of Lake Norman.
Enjoy time with your family and friends in this large lake house. It is located on a private cove, just off the main channel. Walk around on stone and brick pathways while enjoying the surroundings. Take a seat at the one of a kind fire pit to unwind after a long day. This property allows you to connect with nature and maybe even have a sighting of albino squirrels. Walk over to the tiki hut to grab a fishing pole or beverage, then off to the boat dock for a sunset. The newer boat dock has everything you need to enjoy your time at The Blue Pelican. Look and see main channel views of Lake Norman, but make sure to get ready for the sunset. The landscape is unbelievable with several varieties of azaleas, Japanese maples and rhododendrons. The 6000 sq ft. house has room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their vacation. You have your own small private beach with steps into the lake making it easy to paddle board or swimming. The home has views of the lake in every room.
