About this property
Mountain Themed Suite - Free Parking - Fast WIFI
Plenty of free parking, Fiber 1 GBPS WIFI, and a remote workstation w/ 34" monitor! The suite has two queen sized beds; one in the main bedroom with a Leesa mattress; and one pull-out couch bed in the living room. The suite has been meticulously planned to include everything you need. It is located in the heart of Seattle, in a very private/secluded neighborhood. The space includes a 55" Smart TV in the living room, kitchenette, outdoor patio, key-code entry for easy access and 24/7 check-in.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a 2 burner electric stove top, a toaster oven, microwave, dishes, glasses, basic pots and pans, utensils, cooking utensils, olive oil, organic coffee (ground and whole bean), a coffee grinder, sugar, a drip coffee pot, and a french-press for making coffee.
*A Pack and Play Crib is available upon request. Please let us know if you need it before your reservation, and we will have our cleaning staff deliver it to your unit before check-in.
**Please note that your patio is private to your unit, but the backyard as a whole is a shared space where you may encounter your hosts or other guests. You are welcome to utilize the backyard shared space during your stay, but we ask you to respect the privacy of the other patios in the yard, as each one is private to our other rental units.
The Space
The Mountain Themed Suite is a basement unit. The suite is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and aired out between each group of guests. Located in the heart of Seattle near UW, but quietly tucked away next to Ravenna Park - We are two blocks away from a selection of walking trails which wind through a beautiful natural Pacific Northwest landscape. There is always plenty of street parking available (which is rare in Seattle).
Guest Access
Key-code entry for easy access and 24/7 self check-in. You'll have the entire mountain themed suite to yourself including a private patio outside your front door, which opens up to our beautifully landscaped shared backyard.
WIFI Details
Enjoy reliable high speed WIFI throughout the unit with 1 GBPS CenturyLink Fiber Internet.
Central Heating and A/C Details
The A/C and main heat source in Mountain Themed Suite is supplied by our home's central heating system. While very effective at heating and cooling, the system only has one thermostat for the entire home, which means the Mountain Themed Suite does not have it's own thermostat to control the temperature. We keep the system set at 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius), which provides a comfortable room temperature for most guests. We also provide a space heater in the bedroom closet which guests can use to raise the temperature above 70 degrees if they prefer a warmer temperature. Guests can also close the duct that supplies A/C to the Mountain Themed Suite during the summer months if they prefer a warmer room temperature.

About the host
Hosted by Eric

I love the Pacific Northwest and all of the amazing outdoor activities that it has to offer. As an avid traveler myself, I strive to provide my guests with comfortable, clean, and quiet accommodations so they can enjoy Seattle to it's fullest potential.
Why they chose this property
I have lived in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle for my entire life and have always found it to be one of the best areas in the city. It has a quiet and safe residential vibe that is rare for a city, while also having a large selection of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Our property provides a tranquil and relaxing home base with easy access to any of the more bustling areas of the city, such as University District, Capitol Hill, Fremont, Ballard, and downtown.
Located less than a mile from University Village, our property gives guests access to some of the most premier dining and shopping in all of Seattle. Ravenna Brewing company is a short walk away as well. We are also conveniently located to both the UW and Roosevelt light rail station which is the cheapest and easiest way to get to Capitol Hill, downtown, the stadiums, and the airport.
Not only is it a great location within the city, it’s also an excellent location for getting out of the city. The Northwest has an endless supply of adventure opportunities and our close proximity to I-5 and the 520 bridge makes it easy to pursue and adventure in any direction. Having been a local to Washington my whole life, I am always happy to give recommendations to guests who are looking for fun and exciting ways to spend their time here in the Northwest!

What makes this property unique
Being on a dead-end street, this property comes with benefits that you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else in Seattle, such as ample free parking, a large backyard, and privacy from neighbors with nothing but a scenic ravine across the street.
Speaking of nature, that is one of the most unique benefits that our location has to offer. Why come to the Pacific Northwest if not to be outside enjoying one of the most picturesque and nature-rich places in the world? Ravenna Park is one of the most coveted spots to enjoy nature in the entire city and it’s literally just steps away from our front door for guests to enjoy.
Not to mention, there are so many other beautiful parks and beaches that are just an electric scooter or bike ride away, such as Green Lake, Gas Works Park, Magnuson Beach, Golden Gardens Beach, Discovery Park, the Arboretum, and more. Our absolute favorite thing about living on this property is the tranquility of getting to be surrounded by a thriving ecosystem of trees and animals, which is why we hope all of our guests take advantage of the outdoor spaces that come with their unit - preferably with a hot cup of freshly ground Seattle coffee ;)
