Second story nook above the Carriage Garage on the border of Chester/ Lancaster County on 22 acre estate. Come walk in nature with our fury and feathered friends. We have horses, goats, pigs and chickens to interact with during your stay. Surrounded by Amish farms, we are about one hour from Philadelphia and Baltimore, and a drive to Historical battle area of Brandywine and Valley Forge. Moccasin Run Golf Course is a field away and hiking at Wolf’s Hollow or to Mercer’s covered bridge. Half hour from Lancaster outlets and Intercourse village. Enjoy dinner and a few beers at Victory brewery or Historic Stottsville Inn.

A lovely peaceful place with the softest sheets and the surprise of being able to do laundry. loved the animals, opened the window so I could hear them clucking and chattering.

Such a welcoming place to visit

Stayce & Judd always go above and beyond to make sure their guests have all they need for a wonderful stay. I couldn’t have asked for more help and support from Stayce when I had to leave a day early due to unexpected circumstances. She was so kind and helped me navigate a difficult situation. I plan to return again soon.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. Owners were very accommodating. We live in ct and there was a snow and ice storm by us they let us have a late checkout without any issues or charges. Loved all the animals just wish it was better weather to spend time with them. Will be back in late summer or fall.

Wonderful place to stay any time of year

This is my favorite property to visit when traveling to the area in Pennsylvania. It is always immaculately clean, the host is incredibly accommodating and very communicative, and the fresh eggs from the hens are an added treat. If you love animals, this is the place to stay!

Peaceful Country Loft

As advertised, quaint, relaxing property. Host's were very accommodating in every way! We walked the property and mingled with Franklin the turkey, geese, chickens, pet dogs and even had the rooster wake us up in the morning. We also enjoyed a roaring fire in the available fire pit on Saturday night.This is a keeper for us for future trips to the area.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Very Nice! Just what we were looking for, close to the places we wanted to visit, without being too close to the hustle and bustle of Lancaster. Loved all the animals, especially Franklin the turkey and Gemma the dog, they were always there to welcome us when we returned from sight-seeing or shopping! The loft is very clean and tidy, with everything you would need to cook a meal and with enough places to store your clothes and suitcases. Would stay here again!!

Such a fantastic place to visit!

We have been to this beautiful loft several times now, and every time, it is such a joy. The owners, Stayce and Judd, could not be more accommodating, kind, and helpful, and the loft is just immaculate. The grounds are stunning, and the farm animals and pups are the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to come back!

Franklin's Place

A beautiful property, quiet and peaceful. The animals that roamed freely were a joy and the fresh eggs in the refrigerator were a delicious surprise. We really enjoyed our stay. The stairs to the second floor loft are fairly steep so this might not be the spot for someone with mobility issues.

The patriotic pig loft was the perfect getaway! The loft was so cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The land was absolutely beautiful and all of the animals were so fun to interact with especially franklin and gemma! We will absolutely be back

My daughter and I had a great experience. The loft was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed connecting with the animals and were amazed by the turkey that seemed to sit on the fence all night guarding the entrance to the loft:) It is such a beautiful property! We will be back!

I wish my Henchwoman had been able to attend as originally planned, she’d have loved this property. Owner communicated everything I needed to find it, park, and enter, but I got delayed, arrived late, and tired enough that I was missing obvious things; hope I didn’t disturb anybody as I bumbled about before I figured it out. Out of the way enough to be quiet and relaxing (I was in the area for a physically/mentally taxing class), but close enough to restaurants, grocery, etc. for to be short hops if needed. Just what the doctor ordered…

Great little vacation

We had an amazing time with all the beautiful animals. They are all so friendly and made us laugh everyday. The turkey was so welcoming even waiting by our car and door so cute. The happy little goats hop around so cute. My daughter loved the little sweet dog Chica. Great place to relax and see beautiful animals

Such a wonderful place to visit and get away

There are so many wonderful things about this place, which is why it is our favorite getaway destination. The property is beautiful, the loft is immaculate, and Stayce and Judd are the most wonderful hosts. This is the perfect place for animal lovers, particularly if you enjoy farm animals and dogs.
