Spectacular Disney 5-bedroom Villa! Amazing Heated Pool and Spa! BBQ!

INTRODUCTION:
Relax with the comforts of home and Have a Disney themed experience in a private home with amenities. Located 20 minutes from magic kingdom and 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Legoland! A day at rest may sound good in between theme parks so enjoy the private pool and grill some burgers, be on the golf course at Highlands Reserve Golf Course in 5 minutes, or drive to both coastlines in about a 1 hour.

THE SPACE:
Enjoy Disney and Universal themed rooms (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Avatar, and Toy Story/Minion) to get excited to go to the parks. Newly renovated. Screened in pool enclosure. A game room the whole family will enjoy playing in! Video games. Smart televisions!

The Star Wars and Avatar rooms have a standard twin and a twin trundle bed and can sleep three per room. Night stand light in the Avatar room is a touch light.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire 2,126 square feet space and no other residents on the property, plus some amenities are included in this rental.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Pizzano's Pizza, Best of Brittish Pub, Hungry Crab Seafood, Twistee Treat Ice cream, and Publics grocery stores. Perfect for theme park lovers and golfers alike. Located minutes from the Highlands Reserve Golf Course.

GETTING AROUND:
Uber, Lyft. Public bus transportation.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
POOL HEATER:
✦ If you need the pool/spa heated, we charge $50 per night if you let us know at least 48 hours before arrival, but it’s $75 per night if we are notified anytime during your stay. The pool heat will remain on the rest of your stay. Kindly also note that the pool requires at least 24 hours to be properly heated.

PARKING:
✦ Park in driveway or on the street in front of house.

WIFI ROUTER:
✦ The router is in the family room near the three sliding glass doors behind the shelf in the bottom of the framed cutouts. Unplug the power cord to the modem and router, wait 60 seconds. Plug the modem in first and then the router. The modem is rectangular and the router is round.

CIRCUIT BREAKER:
✦ It is located inside the garage.

THERMOSTAT:
✦ It is located in the family room.

TRASH:
✦ Recycling is early morning every Friday while trash is every Monday, so we humbly request to pull the trash cans out by the curb the night before. Recycling bin has a yellow lid and trash can has gray lid.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
✦ Laundry room is between kitchen and garage.

HOUSE RULES:
As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and CONFIRM THAT THIS HAS BEEN REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. SECURITY DEPOSIT:
✦ It will be returned after no damage is found. We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement is more than the said deposit amount.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST(S):
✦ While we promise to accommodate these type of requests, This is subject for approval as we want to make sure that the house gets fully clean/sanitized and give respect if there’s another guest checking in on the same day. Also, please be informed of $15 charge per hour for early check-in/late check-out request.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS/VISITORS ALLOWED:
✦ No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. We will impose a violation fee for unregistered ones.

EATING OR DRINKING:
✦ No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

SMOKING:
✦ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. If you need to smoke, please step out back. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

DRUGS:
✦ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!

PARTIES:
✦ If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!

PETS:
✦ Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our property. We are animal lovers ourselves and absolutely adore pets. But sadly, some guests are allergic to animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences.

QUIET HOURS:
✦ Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

CONSUMABLES:
✦ Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests, if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

OTHER:
✦ Please do not re-arrange our furniture. We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to you.
