This vacation home is located on Burt Lakes' Cedar Point in a tucked away neighborhood and is 5 minutes from Exit 313 on I-75. Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinac City, Nub's Nob, and Boyne Highlands are all located within 30 minutes. Cedar Point of View is ideal for all water sports activities, golf trips, fishing or just taking in the beautiful sites of northern Michigan.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath home is 1,400 sq. ft and includes an all-season sunroom with additional sleeping space. New premium memory foam beds and bedding throughout (2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 twin daybeds with trundles). Other features include new furnishings throughout, dock, mooring buoy, on-demand water heater, washer/dryer, new furnace, AC, water filter, generator, deck, backyard, and more.

Minimum 7-night stay during June, July, and August. All other months require 3-night minimum stay.

Cousins Trip

The house was perfect. Clean, well stocked and spacious. Perfect for a girls weekend. Close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Owner was very accommodating. We will be looking to rent again. Thanks Again! Michelle
