Spacious Maine Hideaway with Hot Tub and Game Room

Our gorgeous home offers 5000 square feet of open spaces on 2 levels and is the perfect place to bring the whole family together! Hop in the hot tub, then head to the game room to play some pool, pinball, and shuffleboard. Or take day trips to explore all that Midcoast Maine has to offer! Our gourmet kitchen has seating for 15, and our bright living room offers pond views. The adults will love the game room with pool, pinball, foosball, boss toss, and shuffleboard. The kids will love the bunk room with puzzles, games, and books.

On the top level, we have a beautiful gourmet kitchen stocked with all the kitchenware you'll need to cook a family meal. Our top-of-the-line appliances include a Subzero refrigerator and Wolf electric cooktop. Our dining table seats 10, and a bar-height counter seats 5. Our bright and airy living room lets you take in the view or cuddle up to watch a movie. Our den with french doors provides an office space to get a little work done (but hopefully you won't have to)! Our master suite offers a king bed with a pond view and private bathroom with new tiled shower and relaxing tub. Two other guest rooms have queen beds with lovely bedding and decor. A washer and dryer are available for use on the top level.

Our lower level features two guest rooms: 2 bunk beds in one room, and a queen bed in the other. The bunk room is stocked with puzzles, games, and books for the kids. The highlight of the downstairs is a game room with an 8 foot pool table, Star Wars pinball, Frogger cocktail table, foosball, bean bag toss, and 14 foot shuffleboard table. You’ll also find a bonus kitchen, another dining table perfect for games, and a big screen TV. A house-wide speaker system lets you turn up your music anywhere.

After a day of exploring Maine, enjoy a soak in our 7-person hot tub, full of crystal clear water and soothing bubbles. Or have an outdoor meal on the back deck, with a grill for barbecuing.

As an eco-friendly bonus, our home electricity is powered by solar panels, and we have a Level 2 charger available for your EV.

Guests should be aware that our house is located about 900 feet from the highway. Although there are plenty of trees separating our property from the highway, there is some road noise when you are outside. Also, the parking lot is shared with a garage for our business (home renovations and insulation), which is used primarily for storage of materials.

We have lived in the area for many years and are happy to give recommendations for places to shop, dine, or explore during your stay in the Midcoast area. Our home is a great launching point for exploring so much that Maine has to offer!

Be sure to read and agree to our House Rules before you reserve your stay:

No parties.
No smoking.
No pets.
Check in at 2pm.
Check out at 12pm.
Do not place drinks on the pool table or any of the game table surfaces.
Do not move the pool table.
Please park in front of the garage doors attached to the house, or in front of the row of hedges. Do not block access to the garage located across the driveway.
For check in, you will be provided with a code to unlock the front door on the day of your arrival.
For check out, please strip the sheets off any used beds, and place them in the laundry room. Please place all used towels in a second laundry basket. Please take bagged trash and place it in the dumpster across the driveway. Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Thank you for all of your help!
