Awesome host! His team was extremely responsive. Had a couple of small issues. Host team responded and solved within the hour. Beds extremely comfortable, house was spotless. We Cooked everyday, great kitchen for cooking, watched a lot of sports and living room very comfortable. Had breakfast out on the patio every morning.

This property is a hidden gem, its location to the beach and restaurants are perfect and you get a magnificent view of the canal each day. The property itself was in exceptional condition and the property manager was in constant contact with us to ensure our stay went well. Truly an exceptional property and experience, we will definitely be retuning again next year!

Nice home and great location

We really enjoyed the property. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The whole house layout worked great with plenty of bedroom and private bathrooms. We didn’t get to use tbt pool and hot tub due to the weather - but I am sure they provide lots of fun.

I can’t say enough about how we enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly what we needed. We swam, fished, cooked, grilled, ate, slept, and played. We had 6 kids and 10 adults and the house/pool/dock was perfect for us. Thanks to Lawrence for being responsive and helpful with all our needs.

Softball tournament

We had 3 families staying here for a big college softball tournament in Clearwater. Everything was exactly as shown, and the host was quick to respond to our one request. The views out the back onto the water were an amazing start to each morning (we even saw a dolphin right near the dock on two of the days!), and this is a very quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable as well. Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Home.

We recently rented this house and absolutely loved it. The home was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. The pool area and that view, where we spent a lot time, was outstanding!! There was plenty of room for our family with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The host was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this house to friends and family .

13 of us stayed at the house. We loved the views of the bay and the pool was great. Not too far from Clearwater. Not terribly walkable to the beach in August heat with a family so keep that in mind. Uber is very quick to arrive each time we used them. We used the pool each day which was great. Overall a great experience. Beds were very comfortable, house was very clean, very responsive owner. Cannot recommend enough.

Lovely!

Lawrence was a great host! He provided clear and timely communication and made sure the home was in excellent condition for our stay. The location (a 10 minute walk to the beach) was ideal. The home was clean and very comfortable. The beds were soft, the linens clean and new, the kitchen was enormous and incredibly well-appointed. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults loved the view over the bay. Providing a beach cart with chairs and umbrellas was very helpful. We used the grill to cook out, and the adjoining table was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly return!
