Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure all windows and doors are closed and locked but leave screen doors unlocked. Place all used sheets and towels in the downstairs tub and place garbage in outside trash can!
Load and run the dishwasher if any dishes were used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outside security cameras are operational for security of premises only. No audio is recorded. One is in the front of the home and in the rear of home

Beautiful Cape House

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Nice, quiet neighborhood conveniently located to shops, beaches and restaurants. Everything in listing was 100% accurate with check-in being a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay down the Cape

This property is even better than the photos! Stayed here with a group of friends during a holiday weekend and we enjoyed the spacious layout, many seating areas to relax, the grill, and the comfortable sunroom porch. Hosts were very hospitable and my group agrees this would be a lovely place to stay again in the future. Recommend!

Family Time on the Cape

This house was perfect for our two adult sons, my husband and myself. Our 2 sons shared the 2 upstairs bedrooms/bathroom while my husband and I enjoyed our own space on the first floor. The highlight of the house for all four of us was the beautiful and spacious sunroom, where we often ate breakfast and enjoyed cocktails. We also enjoyed the deck with it's double umbrellas and the fire pit where we enjoyed yummy s'mores! The owners were terrific communicators and answered our questions in a timely manner. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood where we walked each morning and we found it centrally located to many Cape beaches and our nieces wedding! We highly recommend this house and it's owners!!

Awesome Cape Cod Stay

My family and I had a great time at this Cape Cod style home! Everything was as nice as the pictures show, and Rob was a great communicator providing a seamless check in and overall stay. They thought of everything even having back up chargers for your phone if you had forgotten! Home was located in a quiet area ,yet very central being within 30 min or less of a lot of popular cape cod attractions. It was nice to come back from the beach and unwind in the sunroom or next to the fire pit in the private back yard. Overall excellent stay!
