Convenient Falmouth Village Location. Walk to town, shopping, restaurants, Falmouth harbor, MV ferries, sea fishing & events. Two bedroom, one level house close to town & harbor with eat in kitchen, living room, bathroom & attached garage turned bunkhouse. Living room has wall mounted TV with WIFI, two ceiling fans, window A/C and sectional sofa. Master bedroom has 1 Queen size bed, dresser, closet, ceiling fan & A/C unit. Second bedroom is small & has 2 twin size beds, dresser & window A/C unit. The attached garage is the entrypoint for the propert & is finished as a bunkhouse with bunk beds, bench, table & chairs & a fan. Backyard with patio, small fire-pit, table & chairs, grill. Kitchen equipped with a Keurig, stove with optional convection oven, microwave & toaster oven.

Excellent location!!! Quiet street in short walking distance to Main Street. House was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay (soap, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee, etc.) Cindy was easy to reach and quick to respond.

We've stayed here before and it's just the perfect location that can't be beat! We enjoy being able to walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants and the beach is just a quick 3 minute drive! We were also able to walk to the library and playground with our little one and then make it back easy for his naps! It's a small house but it's the perfect size for the two of us and our little one! No Martha's Vineyard this time but also very close to the ferry as well! The house was very clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals!

This is a great property with one negative that keeps me from giving it the top rating.The location is great. We were easily able to walk to the Falmouth shops and restaurant, including the great bakery and coffee shops each morning.The house was also well appointed with everything we needed.The only negative were the twin beds in the second bedroom. The mattresses in there were so soft or worn you could feel the inner springs. These beds are probably fine for children, but my adult brother was very uncomfortable and slept poorly.If it were just my wife and I, we would love to stay in this home again on a future visit; but would have to pass if we were also trying to accommodate any additional adults.I would rate the home as a "9" if the VRBO interface allowed it, but I am stuck with giving it an "8".

Why they chose this property

I love this location! Once you park in the driveway you don’t have to drive again unless you want to. Great spot to get some walking in, save on gas and avoid the traffic. Although small this house has everything you need to relax and have some family fun. I love a morning walk along the harbor where you can catch a car or craft show, farmers market, concerts, hop a ferry to the Vineyard or enjoy the boats coming in. Great spot to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July! Love it!!
