1. Great access to everything the city has or where I'm working.
2. A comfortable space to unwind.

The unit is located in the best location in DC! The immediate block is quiet and family friendly, but it is just footsteps to Dupont Circle, the White House and Lincoln Memorial are both just 20-25 min walks away. And it is an easy walk to Georgetown, and 14th/U Street corridor.

Walking - This truly is one of the most accessible neighborhoods in DC. The walk score is 98 "A walker's paradise".
Biking - There is a protected bike lane on the street immediately in front of the building. There are multiple bike share locations less than a 5 minute walk from the property, including one that is a block and a half away.
Parking - Overnight and Sunday street parking is free! During the week there is a 2 hour limit during the day on street parking. There are also multiple lots just blocks away from the unit if you prefer a more secure option.

I've been in DC and this neighborhood for more than 10 years. Like all cities it grows on you over time. Now DC is home, and I love it. I hope you love it too, and this apartments location is ideal.

Why they chose this property

Dupont has been a vibrant neighborhood in DC for decades, and though the rest of DC has really grown up over the past decade, Dupont is still at its heart. This Dupont location (near the west end) make it a so easy to explore DC by walking into Georgetown, to the Lincoln memorial, to the white house and all the rest DC has to offer.

What makes this property unique

As an homage to the nearby iconic Watergate hotel, we have placed some fun callbacks to the original DC scandal.
