PRIVATE BEACH, OCEANFRONT, 4 bedroom/4 bath property with RENOVATION completed April 2025. This home has all the perks and conveniences of North Forest Beach. It is meticulously maintained and has all the things you want and love in a beach house! You are just a short walk away from the shops, restaurants and markets at Coligny. This home also boasts some of the prettiest and oldest live oaks in all of N. & S. Forest Beach.

There are floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door on the upper floor to maximize the views of the ocean. You will also find a kitchen fully renovated with SS appliances and quartz countertops.

As you enter the upper level, you step into a spacious open concept floor plan, instantly met with sliding glass doors showcasing a beautiful view of the beachfront view and yard. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV and additional chairs for seating. The dining room table has seating for six as well as a bar height counter with seating for 2-3 additional individuals. The updated wrap-around kitchen features an electric cooktop and quartz counter tops. It's fully stocked with everything needed to create wonderful memories over dinner. Stocked with various pots and pans, cookie sheets, crock pots, a food processor, and dishes for storing left-overs, moving around this kitchen will be a breeze! There is a filtered coffee pot, Keurig, as well as a tea kettle.

The first bedroom faces the ocean and has large windows and a large TV above the closet. This room has a king bed and a private bathroom featuring shiplap on the walls, with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, along with a hall bathroom with walk in shower.

The main entrance to the home is on the ground level with open stairs and a sliding glass door to the back of the home to access the pool and beach. On one side there is a full suite with a kitchenette, living room with sleeper sofa, TV, a full bathroom w/walk in shower, and private KING BR w/ocean view. The kitchenette is stocked w/coffee/toaster/microwave. This has shiplap throughout 1st floor. On the opposite side, there is a separate, private bedroom with queen bed, TV, and a full bath with walk in shower, also facing the ocean. Laundry on first floor.

Renovated property

This house has had extensive renovations, which are amazing. A lovely house indeed. Easily sleeps a family of four. We did have a few plumbing problems, which were not addressed during our stay. Also anyone with elderly people in their group should know the hill down to the beach is not easily accessible. But the house is lovely.

We enjoyed our visit. This property is well maintained and close to Coligny. One issue is that there is no railing for pool access. It made getting in and out of the pool difficult.

Nice house at a great location.

House has peekaboo view of ocean with a private walkway to the beach. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are nice. The 4th bedroom is only accessible from the outside and is very small with a half bathroom in the room. There’s a full apartment just across from that room with outside access only. Laundry room is outside in the carport. The primary bedroom is upstairs and another bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The shower in the hall bathroom is very small. Overall the interior was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool with the hot tub. We paid to have the pool heater on. We had 4 adult couples and found the detached 4th bedroom with only a half bath did not meet our needs.

Perfect Location with easy access to everything!

We were so happy with the property, and the set-up of the property that we would definitely come back. My husband and I have 2 dogs and a 20 year old son. We stayed downstairs with the dogs. It was perfect for us. Our 20 year old stayed downstairs as well, across the way. The bottom has 2 bedrooms, but they are not connected and it is split by an access way. The shower for his bedroom was outside, so he would shower in our room. This was perfect for him because it have him privacy. The house upstairs is accessible through 2 exterior sets of stairs. My parents and my brother and sister-in-law with their son stayed upstairs. It gave everyone an opportunity to be together while having plenty of space. My parents stayed in the master while my brother and his family stayed in the second bedroom. Their son slept on the bunk bed. The house was as clean. There were clear instructions to access the home when we got there. I would recommend this house for families or friend groups.

Excellent location

We had a great week with family! Let’s break down the pros and cons: Cons: both shower doors seem to be broken and don’t slide easily in the tracks, the bi-fold door to the bathroom in the the downstairs suite was completely off and just leaning against the wall, the comforter in 2 of the king bedrooms had crusted white “stuff” on it, the AC rules were not to set below 74. That isn’t even CLOSE to cool! There are no AC vents in the kitchen so to say it was hot and sweaty is an understatement. We had to purchase fans for comfort! Pros: screen porch was AMAZING! View was paradise with the sight and sound of the ocean! Our family loved the split living but keep in mind you cannot access the main living without using outside stairs. The private deck overlooking the water was fantastic. Having a pool was lovely giving people options! We would beach it, then end the day in the pool! Proximity to Coligny was perfect, just a short 2-3 minute bike ride or car trip to all the fun!! We had an issue with the pool temperature and reached out to management, they were very responsive and rectified the issue right away!! Thank you for a great week!
