- No smoking of any type is permitted on our property, inside or outside.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation.

The entire upstairs unit is yours, with a private entrance and self check-in via lockbox. The home is the top unit of a townhome-style duplex, reached by about 10 exterior steps.

Guests may share the large backyard, which is not fully fenced, with the other unit. Free parking is available on the premises.

This home is in the same location as another similarly designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, which may be useful for larger groups seeking additional space.
