DO NOT STAY HERE

We are not the type of people to complain at all and always have positive experiences with other places. Only reason we are leaving a negative review is because we don't want other people to get ripped off for a bad rental like this one. We took pictures of everything listed below as well. - The entire unit was dirty (blood stain on mattress topper, floors were dirty, dust on everything, etc.) - Washing machine did not work - No cold water on bath vanity - Toilet continuously ran after flushing - AC was set to 78 when we arrived at 5, so we had to pull the mattresses onto the first floor to sleep the first night because it took all night to cool off the upstairs - No curtains or blinds on bedroom windows facing the street - Yard was tall with weeds - Porch had old cigarette butts - It's a split unit, so the smell from the other unit cooking made the entire unit stink The location is great and the check in was easy. It was decorated nice. Those are the positives.
