This house was 20 minutes or less from all the vacation attractions we visited. The house checked all the boxes we needed, with the exception of the neighborhood, but we had no issues at all, it completely satisfied our needs, and was reasonably priced!!!

Location is great to access several sites by car. Not as nice of a neighborhood to walk around. Traffic noise in front of house (kitchen, living room) but bedrooms were nice. Property owner is remote and did not know that keys to bypass the keypads were the wrong keys. We were locked out of the property when the keypad batteries died. (Front door’s was dead when we arrived, side door worked once). Slept in car, Sunday morning property owner was able to send someone to work on keypads. They ended up crawling through a window and figured out the battery issue. Property owner has assured us they’ll get correct keys for future guests- but charged us full price for the two nights because we got in once!!

Perfect for our family!

Dustin was super responsive and very attentive. The home was exactly as it was listed and was super clean! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was close to the activities that we were wanting to do. About 15 minutes away from Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls and Manitou Springs. If we ever visit Colorado Springs again, we will check if Dirt Bag Cavern is available :)

Our stay at Dirtbag Cavern was excellent. Access was easy, the house was clean & comfortable, with spacious bedrooms. Excellent, speedy communication with the owner, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My family and I stayed at the Dirtbag Cavern and we enjoyed our stay there albeit short. Both Dustin and Patriot were very responsive and very kind. The property is clean and well maintained! Definitely will return if I pass through CO again!

Neighborhhod and area seened older and somewhat run down. Inside of house was nice and clean. Pots and kitchen utinsols were wore out and flimsy. No central air conditioner but 2 window units that didnt keep up on whole house. Good communication with caretaker overall.

Nice house , big kitchen and bedrooms . Updated bathrooms and laundry. We were very happy with the size. Perfect for our big family. Could have been a little cleaner kitchen floor had an old spill under the table and was sticky and when we stripped the sheets ,the mattress pad had old stains on it .in the masterbedroom

House was in great condition and clean. Very comfortable beds. Air mattresses that was provided for making it to sleep 10 was just ok. They were out of air during the middle of the night. So bring your own..
