We absolutely loved our stay! It was ideal for our family of six, and the community amenities were a lifesaver for keeping four kids under ten busy and happy. The community team was incredibly friendly, and the kayaks and fishing equipment at the house were an unexpected highlight.

Cool spot on the water there’s a large boat sitting underneath of the carport that’s in the way along with a rotten freezer place is clean could use a whole Lotta updating outside and inside, but me and the kids had fun on the water here on the sound about 15 min drive to the beach

OBX 2022

This property was great. However, the dock wood is starting to pull up/break causing a trip hazard and the kayaks, while present, were very worn and the seats in them were nonexistent making them very uncomfortable due to not being able to sit back at all.

Beautiful view. Great location.

We love neighborhood and all the amenities! The pictures are accurate so the home is a bit dated…. BUT clean and mostly well maintained. We really enjoyed fishing, kayaking and lounging on the large deck and boardwalk. The house is situated just 13-15 minutes from Harris Teeter, Publix, Target, ice cream shops, movie theater, and mini golf). Small things that could make the stay better: fluffier pillows, pool towels, cleaner yard (grass was a bit tall and equipment, dead leaves/branches around the side yard and in the covered deck area). All that said, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you.
