Stephen was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He offers a great 3 bedroom home in the neighborhood of North Winfield which was about 15 minutes from Nazareth University. We had a great time checking out the area. It was a great walking neighborhood with some really nice choices for restaurants. Thank you again Stephen!

Our stay in Rochester was disappointing. Check-in was delayed twice. On a busier road than expected but had to keep the windows open anyway because the upstairs AC was poor. Living room was nice for World Cup viewing.

We enjoyed our stay. The host is very easy to work with. Here are some pros and cons-Pros- we loved the location. Not a bad drive to get to our granddaughter’s apartment at U of R. Very near restaurantsNice assortment of supplies such as laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bagsComfortable bedsNice big tvGood lighting Good a/c downstairs Fans in rooms Washer and dryer Cons-having to back out onto a fairly busy roadNot enough towels or pillows There are a lot of bug traps but still too many bugs, a spider lowered itself down right over my bedNo dishwasher or ice maker I appreciate the supply of toilet paper but I don’t know why ( money) VRBOs give you the horrible shreddy toilet paper- you have to buy your own anywayThe couch is comfortable but the only chairs available, including at the table, are all high tops so not comfortable Steep steps Basically no a/c upstairs ( one vent in the hall)We might stay here again because of the location

Good location, Good price

It was comfortable for a family of six. The location to my family events made this the best place for us to stay in an affordable price range.

Very clean, easy access to the house. Not a ton of rules to check out. Communication was great. My only constructive feedback would be to add some forks (only two in the drawer), and a few more pillows so people have options. We woke up with sore necks. Not reflecting this in my 5-star review because it was minor. Appreciate the great price-point and nice safe/quiet neighborhood.

Clean house. Good neighborhood. Down the street from a park that also has a splash pad area; sadly our itinerary didn’t allow us to take advantage of that but what a great option if you travel with kids like we do!

Cozy stay in central city

We came to visit long distance family and see the sights and this place had really helpful amenities like a washer and dryer so we could pack light and enough beds to keep my sister and I and our families. 3 adults and 4 kids! We enjoyed crashing on the couch after a long day digging fossils in the Buffalo area and going to Niagara falls. We were close to plenty of highway access and city convenience. The area felt safe but still so close to family and stores. We had a great time and we would definitely stay again. Very clean! The stairs are a little steep so we had to mind the small children but we didn't mind.
