Step into the fenced in backyard and enjoy the outside dining area, charcoal grill, and fire pit with firewood provided. In the garage you can challenge friends or family members to games of pool, ping pong, foosball, or darts.

All the while you will feel at ease in the safe neighborhood, with included security system and gated backyard.

THINGS TO NOTE

* Exterior cameras are present on the property.
* No smoking of any kind in the house or garage.
* Overnight guests AND non-overnight visitors must be included on the reservation. (i.e. if 4 people are staying at the house and 2 local friends plan to stop by, the reservation must be set for 6 guests)
* Neighborhood quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* The garage does not have AC/Heating.

* Dogs only. $75/pet
* Dogs must be kenneled or outside if no adult is present at the house
* Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds
* Please clean up after dogs in the yard as best as possible.
