Just 1/4 mile located at the west end of Pier Park on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach Fl, this private haven boasts updated furnishings, a luxurious lanai and an array of games and water toys for endless entertainment. Across from Dusty's Bar & Grill. Ample parking up to 4-7 cars depending on size of vehicles.
Full kitchen & laundry, free wifi, kayaks available, Sleeps 10-12 (with Queen sleeper sofa) , No Smoking, Coffee pot and Keurig and linens/towels provided. This charming home is sure to impress with its tasteful new decor and open floor plan with beach views from the kitchen and living area. Great for large family gatherings or multiple families.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
WM Trash pick up is Thursday am. Trash needs to go to curb by Wednesday evening, failure to do so is a $550 fine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any evidence of pet urine, stains, chewing, poop in the home is subject to an additional fine of $1,000 on top of deep cleaning fees.

Perfect location. Great views. We had 7 adults in our group. Enough space for all of us. Kitchen had everything we could have needed. Absolutely loved the large deck. Communication with Stacy was great.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Dusty’s and Pier Park with our family. The house was clean and spacious and fit our family of 9 comfortably. The house came equipped with beach towels, chairs, toys for the kids which cut down on the amount of things we had to pack which was great. The view and direct beach access was wonderful. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for a beachfront property, just steps away from the water, this house is amazing. The deck was outfitted with water gear and corn hole and we loved spending our time outside. The interior could use an update, as the bathrooms were quite dated and not as clean as we hoped at this price point. All in all, the view is incredible and the home was comfortable.

The property is a great location and has great access to the beach! However the property management was at times condescending and rude- and not as helpful as they should have been. I would not recommend staying at this property due to the management. The main fridge in the kitchen was broken- we told them upon arrival we thought it was broken and they said it wasn’t. Then we learn halfway through the trip that they learned it was broken and had ordered a new one but never communicated that with us. We had a back spare fridge to use but it wasn’t as temp stable- and for this price we expected a working fridge in the kitchen. Management did not properly accommodate for the inconvenience. We also had a large bathroom vanity mirror fall and break everywhere (not caused by our group) and used paper towels to clean before someone got cut by glass and before the cleaners could get there. When I asked the house contact for additional paper towels they initially said that cost was on us even though we had used the paper towels to clean up their broken mirror so no kids would get glass cuts. I had to negotiate to get basic essentials included. They were rude, condescending, and passive-aggressive. Would recommend spending your money at a different property.

The place was amazing. It was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We had 6 teenagers with us and they loved the cornhole boards and the outdoor space. The views are gorgeous and the access to the beach was perfect. The hostess was so accommodating and such a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely be coming back. Great House!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and access to the beach was even better. Stacey was great to work with and made sure we were taken care of the whole stay. All the extras: beach towels, Beach Chairs, Kayaks, and Lifejackets were a great addition.
