Additional Info:

1) ***NO Parties or Large Gatherings*** - The property can accommodate the listed max occupancy of 8 people and will be verified via external cameras.

2) Thermostat is set to 75 degrees and can be adjusted to a minimum of 69 degrees. Keeping the doors/windows closed will greatly help in keeping the house cool.

3) Must be 25 years & older to book.

4) No Smoking in the House & Game Room - Smoking will result in additional
fees. If smoking outdoors, please throw your cigarette butts in the trashcan. Cigarette butts found outside on the floor WILL incur additional charges.

5) NO GLASS around the pool & spa! For your safety and the safety of future guests, please utilize unbreakable dishware provided.

6) Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
