Located just steps from the public beach access and the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. Tucked away off a quiet dead-end road with private parking for up to 4 cars with a 2-car garage. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom luxury duplex has gorgeous ocean views from the main living area and 180 degree ocean views from the roof top deck. It is also equipped with the convenience of an elevator to help with luggage, groceries or the physically challenged.

On the ground level you will find the first master suite with a walk-in shower and designer tile. From this bedroom you have access to a fenced in backyard through the large sliding glass door. This room has a nice size Smart TV, ceiling fan, a queen bed and a closet to hang your belongings.

On the first floor of this brand new duplex you have the second master suite with dual sinks, a shower with floor to ceiling tile and a spacious walk in closet. This bedroom has a King size bed, a Smart TV, ceiling fan and a private covered deck perfect for sipping your morning coffee. The
third bedroom on this level has a queen bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower that joins the fourth bedroom that features two twin over full bunk beds perfect for 6 kids or 4 adults. Both rooms have Smart TV’s. Located on this floor is a stackable washer and dryer for
your convenience.

The main level is an open floor plan with beautiful views of the ocean. The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa and chairs. There is a modern electric fireplace built into a shiplap wall with a mounted 65” Smart TV great for game day or movie nights. The half bath is located on this level. The kitchen is fully stocked and sure to please the chef in your group. This gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a gas stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher and a large island for guest to gather. The dining table comfortably seats 6 with 4 barstools along the island. There is plenty of room in the butlers pantry for groceries, snacks and drinks as well as a microwave for quick reheats or popcorn for family movie nights!

In the morning the Coffee Bar will help you and your guest start the day off right. Enjoy your morning brew with ocean views on the deck or follow the spiral staircase up to the rooftop to take in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets or summer evening fireworks.

COCO BAY comes with all your beach day needs! A beach wagon to carry 6 beach chairs provided along with sand toys and beach games. Delight in the outside shower to rinse off the days sand and salt. If ever a rainy day on your vacay board games, puzzles and books for all ages can be enjoyed!

Perfect 4 bedroom house in CB. Very comfortable, clean and accommodating. Wonderful host that have provided everything you need and helped us with recommendations on things to do and placed to eat. Loved the roof top patio to watch sunset and drink coffee in the morning

College visit and spring break!

This house was amazing! From the roof top deck with the view of the ocean, to the sweetest property manager… the whole experience was awesome. We will definitely be back for another beach trip! We came down to visit UNCW for my daughter, and decided to check out Carolina beach. I’m so glad we did because we loved the area so much and this house was unbelievable. It was clean, comfy, decorated beautifully, plenty of space… and bathrooms for all of the teenagers we had with us! :) Thank you again for a great stay!

Best on the island…

The luxury, space, quality, etc. is obvious from the ad and images - clearly above and beyond other locations at CB. However, the attention to details and personal touches make this house the best on the island. Highly recommend!!

Loved the townhouse, extra towels would be great. But overall an exceptional place to stay. If you arrange a partnership with the golf cart that was included with the price and have it delivered before guest arrive would be put you above the other listings.

Awesome Carolina Beach Getaway

Impressive, High quality, newer construction Clean home, great location near beach and businesses on Carolina Beach. Full kitchen with plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, high-end appliances. The private elevator helped tremendously. Owners nearby and were very helpful and responsive to requests. Provided suggestions for dining & activities. Wonderful & relaxing stay. The rooftop views and lounging at night were the best. Top-notch rental & I highly recommend. Well worth it. Our entire family loved it!

Beautiful Home and Hosts

Our family of 9 felt right at home at CocoBay!! If you’re thinking about booking here…stop thinking and JUST DO IT. The home is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located one street over from the beach. Our older parents (75 and 78) were comfortable and the elevator made transitions from floor to floor seamless. Every detail was well thought out with this home. From the showers out back to rinse off sand after the beach to the Le Creuset in the fully stocked kitchen. We cooked three meals a day in the kitchen and outside on the grill and had everything needed to do so. The rooftop is an experience of its own. You have to see it to take it all in. Our family made so many memories in this home. The hosts were OUTSTANDING…readily available without being overbearing, and it was an absolute pleasure to meet them.

Perfect in every way

We rented this property for a girls weekend get-away and all 8 of us were blown away! Absolutely stunning home with anything you could possibly need being available. A great Welcome book is supplied with tons of information on the area. Beach access is just across the street. We walked to the beach Tiki Bar, which was about a 5 minute walk. We spent most of our time up on the top floor patio. The views are amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our time up there. The beds are all super comfortable - amazing sheets. Owners Chris and Angela and their two adorable puppies live next door and were so kind, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Does Not Get Better than This!

Property is just as beautiful as in the photos, if not better. Location is great, beach access is right across the street. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 and plenty of beach gear conveniently able for us to utilize during our stay. Owner was extremely generous and responsive with any questions we had. I have already sent this property to several other friends, highly recommend!

Wonderful getaway!

I could live here 365 days out of the year! It is a beautiful property and our multigenerational family had a wonderful time! There were so many nice touches in this house that made it feel like home. On a personal note, we appreciated the elevator for moving in and out and also for my husband’s heart health. Chris was so helpful and even bought us a floor fan for one of the bedrooms. I am happy to write that it is also an easy walk to and from the beach. At the end of the evening, the rooftop patio was great for family gatherings and for watching the fireworks Thursday night. I highly recommend Coco Bay!

Pristine and Functional

This property is luxurious but practical. There are thoughtful touches throughout to make it feel like home. The kitchen is very well-stocked, the bedrooms are spacious, and the views are great. The host is very friendly and helpful (he lives next door) and it never felt like his presence was noticeable unless we needed something.

Beautiful home and great location

We took a chance on a new listing and new construction and so glad we did! The house is beautiful, cozy and the owners provide great amenities. They were great to work with and very helpful with recommendations. This was our first trip to CB and we will be back.
