WATERFRONT COTTAGE WITH WARM SUNSETS AND LARGE PORCH ON ONEIDA LAKE

We have the perfect spot for you you to come fishing, spend time with family and friends, relax and enjoy the view and tranquility of the lake. There is a lake view from almost every room in the cottage.
Step off the back deck you are just a few steps from the 56 foot dock with water depth of 36-40 inch where you can dock your boat, go swimming or just watch the sunset. Part of the year you will also be able to see the sunrise. We have tried to think of everything to make your experience enjoyable. An electric fireplace to snuggle up in front of, a daybed on the large front porch to take a nap, read a book or utilize as an extra sleeping spot, an extra kitchen table on the porch to play cards, eat or use to work from. Large seating area on the porch to gather and chat with family and friends and make memories. We have a fire pit for roasting hot dogs, marshmallows and for just sitting around enjoying conversation. There is a gas grill on the side patio to cook outside. We are always available for anything that is needed.

Fishing Trip Base

Location was very convenient. No AC despite it being listed as an amenity. Plenty of kayaks and watercraft for use. Plenty of beds for everyone in our 5 person party. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Private dock was nice.

Gregg, I am sorry about the ac units not being in yet. We try to make sure we put them in when the weather starts to warm up. Summer vacation

The property is a cute summer cottage on the lake. We rented it with family that stayed in the host’s other property at the top of the hill which was ideal since both properties share the lake boats/toys. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boat, and lake mat. Hosts live on property and were very kind.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our week at this wonderful cottage on the lake. It gets 5 stars for cleanliness! The furniture including the couch and beds were super comfortable. Pam and Doug have thought of everything you could need or want and then some. There are many homey touches throughout the cottage including the decor and the beautiful quilts on the beds and couches. Pam and Doug made sure we had everything we needed. Since they live on the property, they were available when we had questions but were in no way intrusive. They are friendly and pleasant and we enjoyed talking with them. The view of the lake was spectacular and wildlife abounds! We saw foxes, squirrels, ducks, rabbits, herons, osprey and even a snake! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the lake!

Fishing vacation

cottage was as advertised for our group of 5 fishermen. Doug and Pam were both helpful and courteous. Plenty of room in a cottage well stocked with amenities. The new dock addition was great for the two 20 ft boats we brought along
