Cozy spot

This place was a great spot for 2 adults. Very convenient location. If you are planning on going to a concert I highly recommend. The concert venue is right behind the condo. You can leave your car and walk to it. Downfall was the toilet was a bit old, but the shower and hotub was great. We didn’t see an instruction manual for the condo, but Patti was fantastic answering all of our questions.

Booked March for a concert in Aug midweek. Host canceled booking 1 1/2 hrs before 4:00 pm check in!? Stated reservation was double booked with another party. Ignored 2 prior attempts for an update 3 days before and day before after VRBO indicated host had not provided access information. Host should be dropped from platform for ingoring multiple contacts before day of arrival.

Why they chose this property

I love this condo because it's close to everything that the Lakes Region has to offer! Leaf Peeping in the fall, Lake Winni right in the summer, skiing at Gunstock in the winter and so much more! We have wonderful restaurants all throughout the Lakes Region for those that love good food & cocktails!

What makes this property unique

If you are attending any of the concerts at the Bank of NH Pavilion in the Summer time- this condo is right next door- park for free and walk right to the show! The condo also has beach access where you will find grills, beach chairs, games, etc--Lake Winnipesaukee is also right across the street!
