Guests will have a great time staying at this cozy home with radiant heat flooring, and air-conditioning for the summer, located in a fun and quiet neighborhood right off Route 27 before Sugarloaf Mountain Resort. Holiday and weekend shuttle bus service to Sugarloaf located at the entry way of the neighborhood.

Quiet Neighborhood located off of route 27 behind the Town office and local park. The Chalet is walking distance from Tufulios Restaurant. Great area for outdoor adventures and relaxation.

Parking in private driveway for 4-6 vehicles. Walking distance to Sugarloaf Shuttle Service (weekends and Holidays).

Very clean, comfortable, has everything you need including excellent coffee!! Quiet porch, great for evening. Delicious Italian restaurant at the end of the road. Super big comfortable bed. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the Carabassett Valley.

This is a great place to stay for skiing at sugarloaf. Plenty of space with 3 adults and 2 kids. Close to the mountain with a good restaurant almost within walking distance. Highly recommended.

We used this house as our ski chalet and it was everything we were looking for. Especially enjoyed the front porch and hidden dart board. Lovely house and neighborhood, would love to revisit next year.

Charming place near Sugarloaf

Our family stayed at the chalet over New Year break.Chalet was very clean ,well stocked with everything needed for family of four.Heat was working extremely well and water pressure was very good.Place is 10 minutes drive to a Sugarloaf.Host was very accommodating and responsive, which is rare to find.Would definitely stay again while visiting the area.

Ode to Cozy Loafer Chalet

Matt and Meredith's rental home proves worthy of this humble poem by sheltering my family together when we came to ski at Sugarloaf Resort in Maine. Their house allowed us to obtain enclosure through some festive meals, protection from what night conceals, exposure to our hidden ties, a view to where our center lies, illuminated space to show the kinship easy people know. And when each evening reached its crest, the bedrooms offered welcome rest. Warm qualities thus make this home deserving of this little poem.
