Tuck in for the night in the bedroom, complete with a Premiere Cool Touch Purple Mattress and twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. It also offers a TV and French doors out to the patio.

We believe that you, your family, and friends can have an amazing vacation while still being respectful and considerate to the neighbors around you.
City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances
a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 2 persons. Up to 4 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit. b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited. c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved Surfaces. Only 2 vehicles allowed. f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours. g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property. h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse. i. Trash day is every Friday. ☐ Bear box: All trash shall be stored in the bear box and will be collected from the bear box by South Tahoe Refuse on trash day. ☐ No bear box: Trash and recycling shall not be brought out to the curb before 6:00am on trash day, and shall be removed from the curb no later than 6:00pm on trash day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Super cute and spacious enough for us to comfortably stay for a month. Far enough off the street that road noise was minimal at night. Walking distance to many amenities, including shopping and dining! Enjoyed and would consider thia home again for next trip!
This was a very comfy cabin. The property managers from Vacasa were very accommodating. It is on a busier street although because it was tucked away from the road you could not hear any traffic. Very close to walk down to Heavenly and Casinos.

This property is located very conveniently to so many activities! The house was very clean and cozy. We had a very good time in this beautiful place with the best of both worlds, mountains and lake! I don't think the hot tub had been cleaned in awhile and had an odor to it so we did not use on our last evening which was kind of disappointing. People who had stayed there prior to us must of had a dog there and as the snow melted we had to be careful where we stepped when we were out to use the hot tub as they did not clean up after their pet. It would be very helpful if there were detailed instructions on how to use the TV/cable. My husband eventually figured it out. Over all, great stay!

Ok cabin needs TLC
booked 3 nights but due to being sick only spent one night, called turn key to notify but was charged full price anyway.
Cabin is nice, the couch was stained which was a turn off, no central heat, just a gas fireplace. The living area needs to be replaced,the TV is very hard to figure out, there's no closet or dresser, some of the venetian blinds are broken.Theres no heater in the bathroom,so it was rough to take a shower,The driveway Is really small and looked like is hasn't been shoveled for a while.the key code for the lock did not work so we had to call for help.
It this property was not so expensive I would give it a higher rating, I was expecting a cabin in better condition for the price, I was disappointed from what I saw in the pictures.

Thankfully you called our 24/7 guest hotline when the key code did not work and we were able to help out with that. With regards to the driveway, our team works around the clock to make sure snow is cleared at each of our properties; however, due to the severity of the storm, snow was accumulating as soon as it was cleared, as was the case prior to and during your stay. We wish you had let us know about the other issues that came up and concerns that you had so that we could have helped out at that time. We have since repaired the blinds and will make sure that stain on the couch is gone. With regards to our cancellation policy, we are not able to refund guests when they leave early due to the Guest Policy Agreement signed at the time of booking your reservation, but we truly appreciate you letting us know about the early departure and hope you feel better now. Please know that our listing description, amenities, and photos are all 100% accurate, so again, we apologize if there was any disappointment or you were expecting something different. Near-perfect house for our stay, with one major setback.
The property was quite clean. In a GREAT location. Smart, functional layout and use of space throughout. The hot tub was perfect. Good value for the price. Very welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay.
The major setback was no option for AC; no window unit and only one ceiling fan located in the living room. Middle of July and high 80-degree temps made being inside each afternoon and sleeping at night very uncomfortable. Really did detract from our stay. Adding a window unit AC, and/or a powerful fan in the bedroom may result in more Five-Star ratings. It would have for us. We would not stay here again without an AC or more fans.
The recliner needs to be replaced as it sags so badly that it cannot recline. It is broken. Incredibly uncomfortable and out of place in an otherwise well-managed layout. No one in our party could/would stand to sit in it for long.

Luxury for 2
This was a 4 day/3 night mini-vacation for my wife & I with our 2 boston terriers. The cabin is well appointed and we felt as though the space was a luxury for the 2 of us, (it could sleep 2 on the queen, barely, 1 on the twin, and 2 more on a fold out in the living room). Given that it was dog friendly, we were hoping that the back yard would be fenced in, especially since the cabin is located on the busy Pioneer Trail. However, the location was conveniently located for travel to downtown casinos, Heavenly village, and other nearby attractions. Because we arrived during a major snow storm, we were happy to find out that the driveway had a snow removal service. We loved the hot tub, though found the lock frozen shut. One of the living room blinds didn't work. A lightbulb was out in the bathroom and water dripped from the fan above the toilet. They have a bunch of games and movies, though we were hoping we could utilize our Netflix subscription. The TV was difficult to figure out and they should provide instructions. The kitchen is well-equipped, but I has hoping that having a cheese grater would be standard. All-in-all, we had a wonderful time at this cabin, but won't be coming back due to the exorbitant price.

First the property is just as it is described small and quaint. The perfect size for a quick little getaway. Just about everything is within walking distance.
However, when we first arrived the hot tub was not warmed up and ready to go. The only reason we chose this property was for the hot tub. It took 14 hours for it to warm up. We called just after we checked in to get some assistance and we were told someone would contact us to help us. No one ever called or came by the property. We finally figured it out after about two hours.
Also, the comforters on each bed had not been washed. They were completely covered in dog hair. I understand animals are allowed on the property, but the place should be cleaned after as if non were present prior to the next guests use.
In short we really did have a fabulous time and I would recommend this place to anyone, maybe just text ahead of time and see if they can preheat the hot tub for you. We lost one cold nights use because of it.
We booked our stay for four nights stay with the money we spent I really expected for everything to go off without a hitch.
VRBO’s customer assistance was great up until the hot tub was not functioning properly.
However, I’m sure we will book through them again.

We're a bit confused that you mention that we did not follow-up with you after the initial issue was reported. We show a TurnKey agent attempted to contact you over the phone on the evening of July 5th. When they were unable to connect with you over the phone, they sent you a text message advising that the hot tub was heating and would take 3 - 4 hours to reach the set temperature as it typically heats between 5 - 7 degrees every hour. Because it is truly our highest priority to make sure each guest is completely satisfied with how we resolve any problem that may come up, we're relieved to report that there was no technical issue with the hot tub. Please let us assure you that we will review our strict housekeeping standards with our cleaning vendors to ensure that no oversights with the comforters occur again. I can't rave enough about this adorable little home in South Tahoe, where we stayed last week for four nights with our dog. The whole house is thoughtfully decorated and very well cared for. Not a detail has been overlooked, from the laundry in the bedroom closets to the first aid kit to the well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious and could easily accommodate 4 with the murphy bed in the living room and the super comfortable brand new leather sofa. Backyard totally enclosed (perfect for dog). Walking distance to everything. Great little coffee shop located across the street 5 mins walk toward town, Heavenly Village only 8 mins further. Hot tub was a bonus. Keep in mind, it takes a while for it to heat up. Impeccably clean and well-maintained. Did not want to leave. The home is on a busy road, but sits far enough back on the property that you do not hear road noise. Quiet, private, perfect. Thank you for an amazing stay.
Great location and nice facilities. It was a little hot, so the property could use an air conditioner, but we brought fans so we were still able to enjoy our experience. The hot tub could use some work.

Great location in South Lake Tahoe. Cute layout of cabin but several items were in need of repair. When we got to cabin it was very hot with no fans other than the ceiling fan that barely moved the air. The main TV was not working, the Outside grill was not working and the Hot Tub cover hinges were broken. The outside was dirty with cigar buts litter by the Hot tub. Turn Key Property management made a good recovery by repairing the barbecue even though the grills were concaved and in need of replacement. They were also able to repair the main TV as well as bring us a fan. Unfortunately before they were able to bring the fan we had to buy two small fans for the bedroom so that we were able to sleep at a cost of ($80.00) to us. The furniture was in need of replacement. The chair in the living room was broken and the couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. I would comment on the kitchen but the cabin was so hot that it was impossible to cook in the kitchen except early morning time. The pictures on the site are very nice but I don't think that they represent the cabin accurately.

Cottage is bigger than expected which is nice and a good location with short walk to heavenly village. Furntiutre needs some updating & upholstery cleaned. Bed Linens need updating too as very worn and tears in them.

Location was good. Close to shopping and casinos. It was perfect for 3 adults, but would be a little bit tight for more than that. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed to be hosed down and have spider webs removed. The hot tub was nice. Overall it was nice for a short stay.

The location was great. Walking distance to coffee and the main strip with all of the restaurants and shops. The inside of the house was nice but definitely could be updated and use a refresh. The recliner was really worn and sagged in the middle. The beds could use an update too with more comfortable mattresses. The hot tub was great and clean but the cover lifter was broken. We had access to bikes which was really nice but again they were a tad old and rusted. The smaller bed in the bedroom wasn’t clean which was a tad unnerving considering we aren’t fully open from covid. It should have been clean regardless though. Overall, it was a good but it could definitely have been better.

Great location but needs an update

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

The Tahoe house w/hot tub would have been perfect, if the hot tub worked. We chose this house because of the hot tub but it didn't work our whole stay. Very disappointing. I would contact the help desk about it and all they said was "we apologize for your inconvenience" They also said they would have someone come out to look at it, but no response.
