Great property, family friendly, great pool and backyard. Nice open layout, equipped with everything we needed to cook. Lots of bath towels and pool towels. Didn't have a need to call for anything but received check in and check out information with clear instructions timely. The room with the bunk beds runs warmer than the others due to no overhead fan but we happened to have one for the ball field so no issues after that. Great location. My favorite was the closed patio in the evenings.

What a wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect, the house was very clean and had everything you needed, the beds were very comfortable, the pool area was very clean and decorated with lovely shrubbery and lights, the pool was fabulous! We would definitely stay there again! The communication was fabulous, if you ever needed anything or had a question, the responses time was impeccable. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! We simply did not want to leave!! ♥️♥️♥️ Oh yeah!!! Those purple flowers in the back of the house are just remarkable!! We simply loved them!! Then the next day, we loved them again!! And so on!

Great spot

The house was fantastic. There were towels and floats for the pool (which was so neat)! Appliances are new and work wonderfully. It was a great, great rental for our group!

Beautiful Inside

The house is beautiful on the inside. The neighborhood doesn't look great. We had an overall nice stay at this property. There are a lot of rules to follow.

Great house and fantastic property manager

This house has everything you could need in a house: kitchen with all utensils and appliances, enough room for 9-10 people, covered patio and a great backyard with a pool, minigolf and plenty of seating. We had an issue with the pool heater not working at first, but the communication with the manager was great and the heater eventually worked fine.

Nice stay

The house itself was clean and ready right at check in time which usually causes me a little anxiety for planning. It was in a good location to and from the most important locales in the area. We did have a small bug problem that did not seem to improve even after I tried cleaning but I informed the management team who plan to have someone come to the home at a later date to exterminate as well as fix the main room fan. Also of note if you have small kids, there is no grassy backyard but plenty of space around the pool. Just make sure the little ones wear shoes because the pave stone gets incredibly hot. This unit does have a number of rules as another guest mentioned but nothing too outlandish that would ruin your great time here. All in all it was a relaxing stay.

This house was great. When we checked in there was a small pool issue that was addressed immediately. Neighborhood looks a little run down but the house was perfect. And the backyard is so private! Would definitely come back!
