House has 3 large fish bedroom (king, king, dbl/twin bunk, twin/twin bunk, queen sofa sleeper), 2 updated new bathrooms, water softener, private boat ramp, 2-well dock (a boat in one slip not for use) with covered patio area and uncovered sunbathing area. Features a 6-step WetSteps easy entry/exit ladder, a Lily Pad floating mat, two kayaks, paddleboat and variety of sizes life jackets and individual foam rafts and noodles. Relax at lakeside Fire Pit area with Adirondacks, or just sit and enjoy large fabulous view from house deck or dock with channel viewing. Deck is parallel to the boat ramp making for easy, stair-free unloading into the house- or Utilize to put your boat in and out of lake. This is a privately owned boat ramp to launch your boat and park trailer. At dock their is open 24' boat slip. Or option to tie up on interior side with larger boat. Its a quiet area off main channel about 1/2 back into cove- Perfect location!! If you Golf- Indian Rock Golf Coarse and restaurant is about 15 minutes away.

Exterior Gas Grill, wood Smoker and a loaded interior kitchen with gas stove, microwave, slower cooker medium & large crockpot... for cooking while enjoying this piece of heaven with fabulous access to water. Newer dishwasher 2023. The nearby restaurants that can be easily accessed by land or water include: Bear Bottom Resort with water slides (restaurant & water resort), Captain Ron's, Big Dicks (to shoot a minnow), Larry's on the Lake, or The Cave Bar and Grill if your heading to Ha Ha Tonka Springs to shoot thru freezing springs!! Ready for a Margarita in tbe water- head to Red Fox- their fabulous!! Stores/Shops are just a quick 10 minute drive away in Laurie, a couple of favorite restaurants on land to try include: Carmelita's Mexican (Good Food & Margaritas), Taboo (awesome burgers & can call in to-go orders), Little Vinny’s plus more new places coming. 3 Grocery stores- 1-Town and Country (old G2M), 2- Woods, 3-Save-a-lot. Pirates Point close for boat rentals among others.

This hideaway is tucked away in a fabulous quiet cove with loads of lake frontage, while simultaneously providing an awesome view of the channel in several lounging areas. A perfect home to rent for families and couples. Must be at least 26 years old to rent, and in attendance while staying. We will not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties. Strict No pets or smoking. We do offer weekly and monthly discounts. This home sits on Sunrise Beach/Gravois Mills with great access and smoother water. Fishing is fabulous off dock or bring your boat, and use the private boat ramp and non-shared dock on this lakeside property.

Need bedrooms 4 & 5 For more than 10 people from May- September, there is a Very Nice Manufactured Home on the property also which can simultaneously be rented for an additional $145/night charge, with 1-2 week notice minimum. It features a big private deck, 2 bedrooms/1 bath Large Eat-in stocked Kitchen open to Living room. It can sleep up to 6 people (1 queen, 1 double, and 1 twin bunk ). This is not rented separately, only together- its additional custom charge- please give heads up when rent main house so we have it prepped for you!! This is my 2nd year staying at this house. I am very fond of it. It's extremely clean and provides everything one needs. It has a great view of the lake from the deck and a dock for your boat. There is also a fish cleaning area and power at the dock for charging batteries. There is a boat ramp next to the house but check lake levels as many of the ramps do not become usable until at least mid april. There is an outdoor firepit as well. Also, its a very quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The town of Laurie is about 3 miles up the road for anything you need. I recommend "Chances R" or "Redd's BBQ" as dining/bar options or "Carmalitas" for Mexican. The owner is easy to work with as well. I would recommend this home to anyone. Although I was solo this home could easily accommodate larger families.

Fishing trip

The boat slip and private ramp wired out great for me. 21 ft boat was manageable in the available space.(recommend 4x4 tow vehicle as it is steep and gravel above concrete ramp) We didn’t spend much time in the house, but is very nice and beside food and drink had everything we needed. No complaints!

Great time on the lake!

We had a mini family reunion with family who live on the lake full time. Our VRBO was a perfect location for a part of the crew. The bunk room sure helped. Never used the 2 kayaks but did use the dock and paddle boat and Lilly pad - all great. House easily sleeps 9 (w/ the bunk room sleeping 5 of the 9). Kitchen, dining room & living room all well stocked - it all just worked. Thanks!

Perfect place for small family gatherings

Not too big, yet big enough to host single family gathering. We did have to request for basic items that should have been there like paper towels , hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent etc. Place would benefit from having a better ice-maker. Once emptied, it never filled up again and have a nice griddle to make a nice breakfast on. Otherwise, being right on the water is amazing. Having a boat launch on site is very nice and convenient. Having 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, and a Lilly pad are also extra perks to have on site if you don’t plan on having a boat the entire trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My family has vacationed since birth at Lake of the Ozarks, and the memories are wonderful!! It just has too many positives to enjoy!! This home is at a fabulous location away from the Busy rough side of the lake, yet with great amenities. Location is easy access via road or lake. Love access to on water, and off water, to stores and restaurant, Parks... Plus the Rare Private Boat ramp is Wonderful!!

Why they chose this property

Its a fabulous location on 39/40 mile marker of Osage Arm where you can boat to great places with about any size boat, have private ramp to launch your boat and park trailer. The home location is perfect water wise to enjoy deck views, lot of water space to float away on provided lily pad and enjoy kayaking & paddle boating around cove or into main channel. If want to rent a boat close place to access rentals too.

What makes this property unique

Easy access just off Blacktop, Has a Private Boat ramp, and a boat house ramp. This home has a fabulous open feel with 2 private areas, and room to roam with over 175' lake frontage. Bedroom split is wonderful for guest space, yet has a Large Large deck with zero entry access to main level. Ample parking off street. Plus, second property on site for additional housing for extra charge. Two large table areas in and out to utilize on site gas grill or charcoal smoker and stay one site or launch your boat and enjoy surrounding restaurants and parks (HaHa Tonka and Lake of Ozarks state park).
