The 3 bed apartment Alba Mar Gran is located in the picturesque bay of Cala San Vicente. The apartment has direct sea view. Mar Gran is completely equipped and furnished in a Mediterranean modern style, light and friendly. The apartment disposes of 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room, 1 bathroom and 1 showerroom. The fully equipped modern kitchen is open towards the living area and a perfect site to prepare family diners. The living area has a confortable sofa, dining table and seats up to 6 persons. From the kitchen you step out to a little round balcony with round table and seats up to 4, and from the living area you step out to another little balcon with a round table and two confortable chairs. There is a public parking place next to the house where you can leave the car without any charge.



In Cala San Vicente, you will find everything that you need: beautiful beaches and bays, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, newspaper store, a barbershop,bike rental, etc. The beaches of the bay are ideal for families with children. Friendly and peaceful ambiance. Cala San Vicente is about a 5 minute drive from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The beaches of Formentor and Puerto Pollensa can be reached just as quickly. You will find a large selection of restaurants of all types and categories in the cities of Cala San Vicente, Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.



Cala Sant Vicenç - the village and its beaches: Cala Sant Vicenç, once a small fishing village, now grown into a sophisticated bay village but still retaining its original charm and character. It is very popular for its beautiful beaches. Cala Sant Vicenç has two lovely bays with beautiful clear blue waters whichs is ideal for snorkelling when the sea is calm. The first bay is Cala Barques and the second bay is Cala Molins. Cala Barques, is a sandy bay with good facilities (restaurants and sunloungers), however, quite busy. The second bay, Cala Molins, is sometimes a little quieter, it is a sandy bay with best facilities (beach bar, restaurant and sunloungers). Both bays dispose of a life guard in summer. There are two smaller bays, Cala Clara (very small sandy beach next to Cala Barques) and Cala Carbó (no sand, stony beach with pebbles) next to Cala Molins. The beautiful beach of Cala Molins is ideal for any ages and suitable for families with children.

A very well equipped apartment with everything we could need during our stay and it was perfectly clean. Communication with the manager was easy and perfect at all times. We had a wonderful holiday at this fabulous apartment. It was spacious, quiet and felt like home from home with special touches and attention to detail. The sea views were spectacular and the hosts Karin and Jaume very helpful and gave us the personal touch with their fantastic service and communication. Would definitely recommend and will return. Sehr schöne und nah am Strand gelegene Wohnung, die gut aufgeteilt und sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Klimaanlage in allen Schlaf- und Wohnräumen. Karin und Jaume begrüßten uns sehr freundlich und waren bei Fragen stets kurzfristig erreichbar und an einer Lösung interessiert.Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit hier.

Emplacement idéal pour la détente, très bons hôtes

Situé en bord de mer. Vue mer, parkings gratuits devant le logement. Très bonne literie, appartement fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire : huile, café, lessive, tablettes pour lave vaisselle, film étirable...Bien sûr tout l'électroménager. Décoration moderne épurée et claire. une terrasse exposée le matin, un balcon soleil midi et un peu après-midi. Hôtes à l'écoute, accueil très professionnel. Ménage fait en milieu de semaine pour les sanitaires, changement des serviettes, très appréciable.Il faut une voiture pour aller faire ses courses et profitez du paysage des côtes qui sont magnifiques. La conduite doit être prudente il ya énormément de cyclistes sur l'île et les routes sont étroites.Je recommande sans réserve ce logement et ses hôtes.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Apartment so sehr genossen. Alles war absolut unkompliziert. Früheres Einchecken und späteres Auschecken, kein Problem. Karin Vogt hat uns am Anreisetag herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns in der Unterkunft direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Außerdem ist sie der ideale Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ob Palma, Soller Alcudia etc., alles ist möglich. Man kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und da es uns so gut gefallen hat, werden wir bereits im Mai wieder eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbringen.Wirr freuen uns und herzlichen Dank noch einmal an Karin Vogt und Ihren Mann:).

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung mit Blick auf das sehr nahe Meer

Moderne, gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Wohnung in 100m Entfernung zum Stand und Balkon mit Meerblick. Sant Vicenç ist ein beschaulicher, ruhiger Ort mit mehreren kleinen Stränden in Buchten. Sowohl die Berge, als auch viele andere Strände sind in kurzer Fahrzeit gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin kümmert sich sehr gut um alles. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Rundum zufrieden

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung lief reibungslos, immer sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Auf Wünsche, wie das Appartement vor 16.00 Uhr und nach 10.00 zubeziehen bzw auszuchecken wurde eingegangen. Auch Tips zu Restaurants, regionale Besonderheiten etc. gab es gratis dazu! Das Apartment lies keine Wünsche offen, Ausstattungen , Sauberkeit insgesamt sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nöchsten Besuch!

Abseits vom üblichen Trubel

Alles in allem sehr sauberes und gut renoviertes Appartement mit tollem Blick in die Bucht (unverbaute Sicht). Sehr freundliche & zeitnah agierende Eigentümer, die sich um Anliegen sofort kümmern und für Abhilfe sorgen. Gute Ausflugstipps in der näheren Umgebung, ideal für Wanderbegeisterte sowie Naturliebhaber! Kleine Wermutstropfen: Mitunter sehr lautes Treiben auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz, gelegentlich auch des Nachts (junge Leute/Gruppe mit lauter Musik), sehr kleiner Ort, der das Flanieren an einer typischen Promeniermeile, sehr begrenzt hält. Ideal für alle o. g. Urlauber*innen und für die, die den Trubel weniger schätzen.

Schönes Appartement mit großartigem Ausblick

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Apartment sehr genossen. Wenige Schritte bis zum Strand und zum Lebensmittelgeschäft, wo es jeden Tag frisches Brot gibt. Pollenca ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und das Apartment ein idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten in Karins Wohnung eine wunderbare Zeit. Alles war picobello sauber und die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Sogar 3 Sonnenschirme inklusive sandtauglicher Befestigungen waren vorhanden. Riesige Strandtücher in großer Anzahl und eine Waschmaschine erleichterten das Baden im Meer - wer will am nächsten Tag schon ein salziges Strandtuch zum Abtrocknen haben? Karin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und begrüßte uns mit einer köstlichen Flasche Wein und versicherte sich, dass für uns alles Bestens war. Sie erkundigte sich auch zwischendurch, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, man findet immer einen Parkplatz und fällt quasi aus der Wohnung an den kleinen, überwachten Strand mit Mietsonnenschirmen und -liegen. Eine nette Strandbar befindet sich davor. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants und zwei kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Da wir im Juli 2023 bei Karin zu Gast waren, haben wir die Klimaanlage in jedem Raum sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass wir im Urlaub auch gekocht haben. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die bizarren Steilfelsen, die je nach Tageszeit andere Farben annehmen. Wir können Karins Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Karin buchen.

Tolle Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles hat genau den Bildern entsprochen. Der Ausblick von der tollen Küche auf die wunderschöne Bucht hat uns jeden Tag begeistert und wir haben uns direkt vom ersten Tag an sehr erholt. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt vor der Tür vorhanden, sowie ein paar kleine Supermärkte. Wir hätten uns noch ein paar mehr Restaurants gewünscht, aber ansonsten war es perfekt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war absolut super

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung liegt toll direkt am Parkplatz zur Bucht von Cala San Vincenç. Sie ist perfekt geschnitten für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Einrichtung ist super. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Vom Ankommen über den gesamten Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise war alles sehr angenehm. Für Fragen war die Vermieterin jederzeit offen und immer gut erreichbar. Alles in allem haben wir uns rundum gut erholt und uns total wohlgefühlt hier.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen wundervollen Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war absolut perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub. Die Nähe zum Strand, den Restaurants, Supermarkt mit täglich frischen Croissants und Brot...man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Die Bucht ist traumhaft schön, den Tag mit Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit dieser Aussicht zu starten ist wirklich toll. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, sehr praktisch sind die zwei Badezimmer. Für uns war alles perfekt. Wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und gerne noch einmal in der Zukunft mieten!

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer, Schöne helle Wohnküche mit direktem Zugang auf 2 Balkone (beide Sicht aufs Meer), alles Vorhanden was eine Küche braucht. 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat viel Zubehör wie Strandmatten, Sonnenschirme etc. Super nette Vermieterin. Herzlichen Dank Karin
