Nice and new house, near to the beach in Fuente del Gallo, with fenced private pool and covered Barbecue-Terrace, for 4-5 persons, with wifi internet- Casa Eugenia is beautiful with an Andalusian Style, located in a quiet area not far from the beaches of Puntalejos and Fuente del Gallo. The large pool (4x7m), fenced for the children safety, and the beautiful terrace next to it are perfect to spend relaxing and quiet family vacations. The house also has a covered barbeque area.


Details:

Spacious living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, a second sofa (which can be opened to form a bed for an additional person)

Kitchen open to the salon with bar, which includes refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, gas stove, and all other necessary kitchen utensils.

2 bedrooms, each with two single beds.

Bathroom with a large corner shower.

All the windows have mosquito nets

Several terraces, some of them covered, surround the house. In the plot there is also enough space to park 2 cars.

Perfecto. Casa espetacular para estadia de um casal (sem filhos) para repousar tranquilamente. Apenas um aspecto negativo, a estrada principal fica muito próximo da zona dos quartos e a estrada mesmo tendo Lombas para abrandamento de velocidade, as camionetas grandes, passam a uma velocidade rápida sem terem cuidado nenhum de abrandamento. Estas passagens ocorrem pelo menos 6/7 x dia e quebram a tranquilidade habitual. O Jorge do serviço de apoio ao Cliente desta plataforma "Casa Conil" e o Sr. Manuel foram de uma extrema simpatia, disponibilidade, amabilidade, sempre prontos a ajudar no que foi necessário. O meu Muito obrigada por tudo e PARABÉNS PELO TRABALHO. Próximo ano voltaremos com certeza a entrar em contato convosco.

Nosotros hemos estado en Casa Eugenia dos adultos, dos niños pequeños (7 y 4 años) y un perro y, la verdad, es que hemos estado encantados.Nos recibieron en la casa los propietarios,muy amables y preocupados de si nos pasara o hacía falta algo. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, la piscina es ideal de tamaño y profundidad (mínimo 1m,máximo 1,50m). Nuestra estancia ha estado genial, de hecho, los niños hablan de "su casa de Conil"

An allererster Stelle möchten ich und meine Familie dem Verwalter Manuel unseren tiefsten Dank aussprechen. Er war immer und zu jeder Zeit vor Ort wenn man Hilfe benötigt hat. Dies gilt auch für unseren deutschen Kontakt , die Familie Thies. Wir konnten kurzfristig in den Urlaub fliegen und haben uns vor das Casa Eugenia entschieden. Durch diese Entscheidung haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub genossen. Das Haus ist aufgeräumt und der Aufenthalt dort war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung ist gut und auch das Typische Spanische Flair ist zu finden. Und das nicht zu lasten der moderne. Der Pool und Hof sind das Highlight für groß und klein. Wir können das Objekt auf alle Fälle empfehlen.
