-CHILDREN MUST be supervised at all times while outside. The pool is not enclosed with a Child Proof Fence.

- USE OUR ''LA CASA DE PAPA'' BUT ALSO RETURN IT IN A USED BUT NOT ABUSED CLEAN CONDITION!

-SECURITY-There is two cameras in font of the house but inside of the house and backyard are fully private for you!

-QUIET HOURS - 10:00pm-7:00am

We ask you Please agree to the 'House Rules' so I know you know what is expected of you during your visit.
We only want 5-STAR Guests and people who will respect the home staying!

-PLEASE NOTE- the jacuzzi can be turned on & off with a remote control. When you turn the Jacuzzi on it will start heating automatically, it usually takes about 30 minutes to heat it to 102 degrees .The jacuzzi will turn off automatically after 3 hours.
Pool lights are also controlled with the same remote control.

NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR JACUZZI USAGE.
WE ONLY CHAGE IF YOU WANT US TO HEAT THE POOL.

the pictures don’t do justice for how spacious and comfortable this home is best rental property !

super easy and quick author was the nicest person ever asked if i needed anything replied super quick and very helpful definitely would want to come back again !!

Loved the house

We stayed for 4 days , loved the house and the entertainment room . It had a ping pong table and air hockey which the kids loved ! The house was clean and all rooms had tv’s . The TV’s were connected to Netflix , Disney plus , you tube which was a super plus since we had smaller kids with us ! The host responded very quick which is important in my book ! The pool was great not to deep! We loved the place and would go here again !

Great place

Golf weekend with buddies and this place was perfect. Had a blast playing darts and hanging in the pool. Quiet, clean and located close enough to get to everything easily but far enough away from the madness.
