Beautiful home and pool. Well maintained and very close to Disney World. I would definitely recommend for families. The kids enjoyed the pool. Quiet neighborhood as well. Could not have asked for a better stay.

The home was clean and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Home was in a quiet area and we will most likely stay again when traveling back to Orlando. Very pleased with the transaction and stay.

Great communication with Debbie and very accommodating with a late check out which we appreciated. Beds were comfortable, house very well equipped and in a quiet and safe development. Pool was warm and clean, a great addition to our stay. We would recommend and stay again.

We found Debbie to be extremely helpful and very accommodating. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Sunset Lakes is quiet and safe but still close to restaurants, shops and Disney. The South-facing pool looks over a conservation area which made it very private. Overall, we had a very good experience with Debbie and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book a villa with Debbie again.

The villa was as per the pictures provided. It was a great size for our family of four and provided everything we needed as a base for Disney/Universal. Some of the fixtures are a bit dated, but other than that everything was very good. The communication with the host was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure we had the right channel to watch the world cup and someone was over within hours to replace the battery on a smoke alarm when we contacted them.
