Oceanfront newly renovated South east corner ocean and rivers views
Building has been going through total renovation for the last year and a half. Condo unit has brand new furniture and been renovated, never rented. This is a very large one bedroom 980 ft.², new kitchen appliances with granite countertops. Awesome views of ocean and river. I husband and I bought it because we fell in love with the views it’s just magnificent being there. Very close to Publix supermarket and Walgreens, also restaurants in the area. You will need a car for the restaurants or call for delivery service. You can walk to Publix and Walgreens, across the street are tennis courts and a golf course. Very quiet area in Daytona Beach Shores. New fitness Center, billiard room ,social area, And Sanna

Why they chose this property
Retired and not able to travel much any longer. Wanted a nice quiet place on the ocean as we’ve always loved the ocean. This was it for us it’s a very large one bedroom quite comfortable with fantastic views
What makes this property unique
Building is being completely updated first class, everything is being redone. The location is perfect for us across the street from grocery shopping and Walgreens. Building itself has wonderful owners everyone very pleasant and helpful
