Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon departure, all dog poop mast be picked up from the property and put in outside trash container. Failure to do so will result in $50 charge against your security deposit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This cozy home is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. The home features a large driveway, a fully fenced backyard, a comfortable outdoor space with seating, and a BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with a smart TV, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer.

DOGS are welcome! A one-time $150/pet will be added to your total after your reservation is made.

***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.***
