20% discount for week+ bookings. Nestled in the heart of the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains, Rosshaven is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom, themed vacation rental in the ideal location. This fun, spacious, kid friendly, wooded retreat is just south of Wolf Laurel Skiing, west of the Blue Ridge Parkway and north of Asheville. Truly the perfect location!

Rosshaven’s open floor plan includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with large island and a dining table that seats 12. The main floor includes large picture windows, master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite double sink bathroom, 3 additional themed bedrooms and a shared bathroom, laundry room, great room and kitchen. Downstairs boasts an entertainment room with an elegant home theater, lobby and game room, including a pool table that doubles as a game table. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with king bed, a bathroom and sleeper sofa in the game room.

• Blue Ridge Mountains Master Retreat (king bed)
• Pirates Cove Room with a pirate bed and murals (queen bed)
• Camp Adventure Room with tent beds and murals (2 twin beds)
• Space Room with a mirror moon and murals (queen bed)

Downtown Mars Hill is about 5 minutes from Rosshaven, including Ingles grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, post office and Mars Hill University. Enjoy the rural atmosphere surrounded by nature, while being minutes from Mars Hill conveniences.

This home had everything that we needed and more. The home was very welcoming, and the neighborhood was quaint. The check in process was smooth, the property owners checked in with us multiple times during our stay just to ensure everything was going well. We had a great stay! The house was clean and smelled good when we arrived. The themed rooms were so cute/cool and well done to the smallest details. The theater was awesome! Honestly, the photos don’t do the house justice. They had some supplies for kids and pets but we didn’t require them. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware and the bedding/towels were good quality. The hosts were very responsive. Overall, I highly recommend!
