The Space:

Welcome to Capitola Vistas. This charming one-bedroom unit, featuring a plush queen bed for a restful stay, is a perfect choice for your next visit to Capitola by the Sea, in the heart of Capitola village. Just steps from your door are great restaurants, lively nightlife, and numerous shops. Enjoy relaxing at home, and cooking in these recently updated units that come with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Whether you are traveling with a partner or on your own, these units will appeal to anyone seeking a relaxed, clean, and modern atmosphere.  There is a shared laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer.



One dog is allowed with the payment of a $75 non-refundable pet fee.  Due to the close proximity of the other apartments on the property, we ask that the dog is not left unattended in the unit due to noise concerns.



Capitola is a historic and atmospheric little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops, and a whole host of commercial and entertainment outlets for young and old alike. The town is flourishing yet retains its distinctive and quaint character, beloved by beachgoers and surfers.

Perfect for our stay in Capitola!

We loved this cute apartment for so many reasons! It was dog friendly, quiet and SO close to everything we wanted to do while visiting beautiful Capitola! We felt like a local and got to know the town as well as the surrounding towns nearby. On site parking was a huge perk and the apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a couple and their furry friend. Thank you!

The condo was exactly what I needed for my work trip; wifi worked great and the kitchen counter was a good working space. It was nice walking to Mr Toots for coffee in the morning and then sitting by the beach with my coffee and pastry before work. Check-in was easy and the host provided clear, detailed instructions. Facilities were tidy upon arrival and I personally had no issues. Thanks again!

Capitola short stay

Property is clean and well equipped and a half block from Capitola villiage shops,restaurants and beach. Stayed here three nights with our poodle while our home wood floors were being sanded and refinished. Only issue is that there are no dogs allowed on this beach. Otherwise everything great.

Everything was perfect except for the noise from the street. The bedroom window in #2 faces the adjacent building. The adjacent building wall next door bounces the street noise right into the room.

Loud traffic

Traffic was loud, not the fault of Capitola Vista. Just a not for Vrbo clients. The room was very nice. The location was great. The only issue was jackholes with loud modified exhaust, only being forthright. Again the host has zero control over the issue. Next time I’ll bring earplugs

love capitola

we love visiting Capitola. My husband and I enjoy the little village shops, the clean beach, the surf and sun. We've stayed many times, and even though everything about this property is new and in beautiful condition, I give three stars because it's located on the main drag. night and day cars speed up and down the broken down road in front of the living room windows and it sounds like you're on the freeway. you could keep the windows shut of course, and the noise isn't so bad, but there is no air conditioning so this tactic only works when it's cold outside. Had a wonderful time, just won't be staying here again
