COZY BEACH HOUSE near YACHT HARBOR

COUNTY PERMIT NUMBER 201381. The Beach House is a 1 bedroom with a queen size bed There is also a studio cottage on the property that is also a rental. Main house is fully furnished with a new remodeled kitchen and bath with a soaker tub and separate shower area, there is a outdoor deck with BBQ, flat screen TV, and queen size bed with luxurious linens. Occupancy is two. 1 Small PET IS CONSIDERED WITH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL... PLEASE ASK PRIOR TO BOOKING. Pet Fee of $25.00/day . Animals are not to be left alone on the property inside or out if you are not there...they must be supervised. Also prefer you walk the dog to pee/poop as the lawn gets burned from the urine. PLEASE NO SMOKERS!
We love and take great care of the property and expect the same from you.
This area offers many exciting dining options and activities within walking distance. The Crows Nest Restaurant has excellent cuisine, ocean views, nightly entertainment and summer beach parties with outdoor music. Johnny Harborside Restaurant offers great seafood with harbor views. Cafe"El Polomar has a mexican cuisine and is a great place to watch sport volleyball. The Kind Grind is a coffee shop with pastries, smoothies and a deli. Aldo Restaurant is on the dock and serves breakfast outdoors.

Activities on the Harbor are abundant. Rent SUP Boards and stand up paddle through the harbor and bay with friends,Kayak,or plan a cruise on the Chardonney II charter which also offers dining options while sailing on the beautiful Monterey Bay, or just take a stroll and catch a glimpse of the seals and sea otters that love to play in the bay.

Lana’s place was absolutely amazing. Beautiful, clean, with wonderful walk ability to the beach and nearby restaurants. We also loved the little back porch and yard and spent hours out there reading and enjoying a Santa Cruz sunshine. Will be back for sure… I’m not sure how we could’ve asked for more

Lana's beach house is an adorable cottage with beautiful beach themed decor. It was very comfortable. The backyard is a perfect spot to read or reflect. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, there is a small convenience store/deli around the corner, and several restaurants in walking distance (go to Johnny's Harborside!).

It was cozy and comfortable. Extremely clean. The bathroom was elegant and the shower was awesome. I loved the location as it was close to everything. I especially loved the parking space so we didn’t have to park on the street.

Nice little house. Enjoyed the back yard. Limited seating for dinner. No one was using the 'studio" in back - a separate rental space? Might be a little awkward using the back yard and laundry if others were there. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend as we were attending a wedding. The property was exactly as advertised. Such a cute, cozy beach house. Perfect for relaxing and just steps from Twin Lakes State Beach and walking distance to some great eating spots. Harbor Cafe breakfast was delish! One of the best VRBO's that we've stayed in. Would definitely come back again!

We loved this place and the location. We come to visit family and will definitely look to book this again. The proximity to the harbor meant for nice walks every morning. The home was clean and nicely remodeled. The yard and deck were perfect for lounging.

The house was clean, the bed comfortable and it was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the back patio in the evenings. The communication with the host was great. I would have given this house a 5 star rating except there were absolutely no condiments, not even salt and pepper.

Leaving open condiments I feel is a host preference and hygiene considerations....I discard open items due to germs and potential contamination concerns. It is stated in the welcome packet. There is a small grocery store 1 block away 'DEKES"

Perfect Getaway

This beach house was ideal in every way. The design and style of the decorating was stunning and the layout of the back and front yards with tropical vibes made for the perfect romantic getaway. Plus the bathroom was amazing. This house is spectacular and if we could give it more than 5 stars we would.
