Great property with a lot of fun things to do. We were able to fish off of the pier and enjoy the beautiful scenery. A very calm and relaxing vacation and I highly recommend this property and the property managers. They were great to work with.
This property was perfect for us. Great layout, plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the water as well as the yard. The house had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Breathtaking Views and the Perfect Group Getaway! Our group had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. If you are looking for a relaxing sanctuary with stunning panoramic views of the water, the Shackelford banks and Cape Lookout Lighthouse, this is it! We spent so much of our time on the back deck watching the sunsets—it was truly spectacular. The house itself is spacious and perfectly laid out for a larger group. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed in, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. Spending the day at Shackleford Banks looking for the wild horses was a major highlight of our trip!Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The management team was very responsive and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to unwind and reconnect. Highly recommend!
If you are looking for long sandy beaches this is not for you. BUT if you are looking for a lovely home right on the waters edge, with long covered porch with rocking chairs, hammock and best sea breeze you can hope for, then it’s for you! This beautiful home will easily accommodate family of 10 with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. One family member found the twin bed hard and slept on a comfy sofa. Outdoor games, fishing rods and kayaks were a hit. You may want to stock up on extra paper products and bring beach towels. The island itself is secluded and offers limited activities and restaurants. Also stock up on food even though a small grocery store is within short walk and does carry lots of items including meats. Checking in and out is easy. Management company is very responsive and will responded quickly to any concerns, questions ot problems. Our family truly enjoyed this escape and reconnecting.
