Very nice house in quite neighborhood. Property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the everyone enjoyed the swimming pool. The only negative was the grill wasn't in good condition. Highly recommend staying here.

Fishing get away

The location is great. The house was clean, well maintained, and there was plenty of beach accessories available too! Communication was wonderful with Helen. We will definitely be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for Father’s Day weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and perfectly prepared for us. The house features a large pool with a relaxing jacuzzi and a spacious lanai — perfect for enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather. One of our favorite parts was the waterfront view right in the backyard, where my dad was able to catch some fish. It made for the perfect, peaceful scenery. Thank the Lord the weather held up and we didn’t get any rain!The master bedroom was fantastic — very spacious and completely quiet at night, making it perfect for sleeping in (which I definitely did, LOL). The living room was large and inviting, with very comfortable sofas where we all gathered as a family. Every bedroom had its own smart TV, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the home.The owners were amazing — always in contact with us and readily available for anything we needed. It was a bonus that the host speaks both Spanish and English, which made communication even easier for us as a Cuban family.The location couldn’t have been better. We were close to everything: beautiful beaches, great Cuban restaurants, and local spots like El Estadio Bar, which we loved visiting.Overall, this stay made for an unforgettable Father’s Day weekend for my family. I truly enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend it!–Danny

Good place

There were obvious mechanical issues with the home: washing machine not working, A/C setting would randomly re-set to a higher number, calcifications and rust in the showers and pool, hot tub temperature resets daily, so you have to turn it on and wait for heating every time you want to use it. It could only be controlled by a tablet that was inside the house. The beds were comfortable and the extra items they have in the house (extra fans, towels, beach items, pool floats) were a nice surprise, but not mentioned in the listing. Communication could be a lot better: a lot of the time it was last minute. For example, I had to reach out to them for check in instructions and on the day of our check out, there were no instructions given. All in all, we enjoyed the pool and the home was comfortable enough. Just wished they had told me before I had arrived to the property that the washing machine didn't work.

Hellen and David were very responsive when we told them the grill was broken and the bathroom sink wasn’t working. The next day they were over with a new grill and repaired the broken sink. They definitely went out of their way to make it right. The house is very nice and the patio and pool/hot tub were beautiful and the highlight of our trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Hellen and David were the most amazing hosts. They responded to me with any questions that I had and talked with me as if we had known each other all our life. The place was clean and inviting. The pool was gorgeous and clean. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place and will be going there again soon.
