About this property

Lovely home located close to breweries, parks and greenbelt

Beautifully decorated and spacious home. Has stainless steel appliances and large table. Has rear in kitchen with chairs.

Close to shopping, Breweries, theaters, swimming pools/recreation center and entertainment.

This house has a large front porch and chairs to sit and enjoy the yard. We also have a greenbelt close to enjoy our parks and wildlife.

We are very close to Lyons which is the entrance to Rocky Mountain National park. Come see what Colorado has to offer.

We also have skiing in the summer months. Check out the Jesters dinner theatre or Try out many breweries. We have many great restaurants to choose from. I like the Pump house and the Rooster. Tasty Asia on main street is very good. There are many hiking and biking trails.

We live to meet our guests and can give you other options. Just ask.

Host was very nice.

Although the host and cost were good there was quite a bit to be desired. Shower in the main bedroom did not work, there was a light in the closet that could not be turned off. Most of all there was a strong smell of cat urine throughout the entire house. There were no check in or check out directions and we were not given internet instructions. I asked what kind of coffee maker there was, I was told it was a keurig and it was an normal coffee maker. Perhaps this was their first time hosting as it appeared time and money had been spent on upgrading the kitchen and the second bathroom there were also a lot of loose ends, lamps not plugged in and spotty construction. Hoping this review helps them and that it will be more desirable in the future.

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience. We just spent $30,000 remodeling it with new windows, kitchen, bathroom, floors. There was a guy in there with 2 cats. So you are the second people we have hosted. I appologize for the coffee pot mistake. I love my coffee. I am meeting with my cleaning crew to insure that this will Not ever happen again. Thanks so much for your feedback.
