Situated on a multi-family property with Suite 35A above, it offers privacy, separate entrances, and a shared central heating & cooling system.

We welcome all cats and dogs, including shedding breeds, while ensuring a well-maintained space. To balance fairness and cleanliness, our pet policy includes structured fees and deposits (per pet with a 2 pet maximum) to encourage responsible pet ownership.

 Low-Shedding Dogs: $100 fee, $150 refundable pet deposit
o Ex: Poodles, Maltese, Basenjis, Schnauzers
 Heavy Shedding Dogs: $175 fee, $262 refundable pet deposit
o Ex: Corgis, Huskies, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds
🐱 Cat Fee & Deposit
Cats require extra considerations, including litter tracking, potential spraying, and strong odors, demanding additional cleaning efforts:
 All Cat Breeds: $200 fee, $300 refundable pet deposit
o Ex: Maine Coon, Persian, Ragdoll, Norwegian Forest Cat
Pet deposits are fully refundable if the space is returned in good condition, without excessive fur, odors, or damage.

To ensure a safe, seamless stay, we have a few simple measures in place:
 Government-Issued ID Required – Valid ID for all adults on the reservation. Primary renter must be 25+.
 Lease Agreement – A lease is required for all stays to ensure clear expectations.
 Refundable Damage Deposit – A deposit is collected for incidentals, plus an additional pet damage deposit for pet-friendly stays. Refunded promptly after checkout.
 Short stays (under 7 nights): $150
 Medium stays (7-14 nights): $300
 Long stays (14+ nights): $450
 Third-Party Bookings: Accepted only if all staying guests are included in the reservation to ensure clear communication and awareness of house rules.
 We prioritize hosting experienced guests with platform history and positive reviews to ensure a seamless booking experience. If you're new to the platform, we may not be the best fit.
 No Instant Booking – While we do not offer instant booking, we aim to operate efficiently as such, requiring completion of booking within 24 hours to ensure a seamless experience and avoid the risk of cancellation or decline of the request.
