This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath retreat is designed for comfort and relaxation. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room, a dining area perfect for family meals, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, and the convenience of in-unit laundry.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a hot tub, outdoor dining area, and a cozy couch on the deck. The shed is stocked with fun outdoor games, and there’s a BBQ grill ready for your cookouts. With plenty of parking available, it’s easy to host family and friends.

For your awareness, there is another unit located underneath this one. Both units have their own private entrances, and you won’t have any interaction with guests from the other space — your stay is completely private.

Located on the beautiful west side of Colorado Springs, you are minutes from the Broadmoor Hotel and downtown Colorado Springs. Explore Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peaks and dozens of open spaces and hiking trails and so much more that is located right in our backyard! It's the best of both worlds. Great stay!!

Our family of three had a great time staying at this cute house. Krista was incredibly responsive to a few small needs, and there were sweet details that made out stay extra nice (the kids books were a HUGE hit!). I would recommend this home, and would stay there again!

Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial Ceremony Stay

Overall, it was a nice stay. Upon our arrival there were cleaning supplies left out and about, and there was construction/noise coming from the unit below the home for about 3 hours. The rooms were comfortable and the deck out back was nice to relax on. Unfortunately, the hottub was not clean and the water stunk. The home was close to everything including, downtown and memorial park.

Perfect for Hanging Out

We had a wonderful time! The hot tub was a plus! There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and the kitchen was big enough for cooking. I love the fact that all the condiments were available and even spices. The bedrooms for ample size. And even though there was only one bathroom it was awesome! The kitchen appliances were very upscale as well. The host was extremely responsive and organized. It would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone coming for USAFA graduation or other events!

Weekend getaway

It was really disappointing to find out they don’t allow kids in the hot tub as that is one reason we booked there. That info should be posted in the listing so families are aware. There is also an apartment below the house that we were not aware of. They were doing construction much of our stay. When we inquired about it, they did leave for the afternoon, but came back the next morning. Again, just something we should have been made aware of. Our kids loved the twin beds and having the pack and play available was so helpful. They really enjoyed the space and being close to the zoo was great! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The house and yard were comfortable and cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Another great perk was how central the house was to everything and the great mountain views! Krista was very quick to respond as well which is always comforting.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time in Colorado Springs! We enjoyed white water rafting, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak, and hiking in Manitou Springs. The house was amazing! We enjoyed having the hot tub to relax in in the evening and playing corn hole in the great outdoor space at the house. The Blackstone Grill was perfect for our pancake breakfasts. The house was exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. Very cozy and comfortable for our family of four. Krista was a great host and communication was phenomenal. Highly recommend!
