BIG, Clean, Disney Themed House, 3 miles from Disney.

Our house is subtly decorated with beautiful watercolor paintings and color coordinated bedding for you to be able to relax after a long day in crowds.

Large 8 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house with a private pool, covered and screened lanai, located within a gated community that offers great amenities.

All 8 bedrooms are inspired after Disney characters, offer 100% cotton sheets and have an abundance of pillows.

8 King Beds 2 cribs.

This house is located 3 miles from Animal Kingdom, under 8 miles from the rest of Disney Parks. 35 minutes to Universal while remaining in a well maintained, resort style neighborhood. There is plenty of non-amusement park entertainment available nearby.

Full kitchen stocked with everything you could need to feed a crowd.
Drip Coffee maker and Pod Coffee Maker.
Indoor and screened in, shaded outdoor dining spaces.
100 inch projector in living room.
Laundry on site with laundry pods provided to get you started.
*Garbage picked up daily. It MUST be in a 13 gallon trash bag in the proper can. Any un-bagged trash will remain in the can attracting bugs and vermin. If can isn't shut fully vermin will go through the trash resulting in a sanitary issue. $100 fee for loose trash collection. Trash can monitored by camera.
*Grill available. If propane is there you are welcome to use it but I don't fill it. If grill is left unclean it's a $50 cleaning fee. Rags are provided under the sink to clean grill.
*Pets are an additional $125 per stay per pet. Pet must be taken between the houses from the lanai man door towards the back of property to do their business and be cleaned up after immediately. Do not toss waste bags in the can, add them to the large bags for collection. There are several dog relief stations around the community to dispose of the dog waste while on a walk.
*Optional pool/spa heating for an additional fee of $40 per day for the entire length of your stay. The pool fee is not for use of the pool but for heating the pool. If you choose to heat pool it is for the entirety of your stay. If added later an additional $25 turn on fee is required. Although we do our best to maintain equipment the pool heat and clarity cannot be guaranteed because of weather or malfunction of equipment. There are 2 heated pools available in the community if you choose to not heat the pool.
*Spa only heats if pool is heated.
*There are several cameras on the exterior of the house.
**Community limits the amount of cars per house to 6 and requires each car to be registered and for guest to pay $25 per car for an access card

The EIR Community now offers 2 EV charging stations located by the Clubhouse. Clubhouse is located to the left of the Guard House EV charging is not permitted at the house.
Community EV charging stations cannot be guaranteed because of availability, weather or malfunction of equipment.

All trash must be bagged in 13 gallon trash bags, if you have too much trash to fit in the outside bin closed it must be taken to compactor by guest.

Awesome House

This house was great for the volleyball team and chaperones. It had plenty of room, fun game space, and great pool area. The kitchen was well stocked for the needs of our group.

Amazing property

The house was very well suited for our family of 11 . Every thing was very well equipped , and very organized to find easily . Very beautiful home . Loved the decor and cleanliness of the property . The 8 king sized beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great . It was very close to everything but just far enough away to have peace and quiet . Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Disney !

This home was the perfect size for our large family. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was also very nice. This home is very close to Disney and all the stores that we needed. We would rent this home again.

Awesome house for a large group

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was very nice that the house was equipped with all of the things that we usually need to go out and buy when we stay at a house (k-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc). I highly recommend this house and will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Overall the property was very nice. I originally booked due to the bunkbeds but a week before the time came their was no more pics up of the bunkbeds but their was still in the description. Property owner went back and fixed the description. But other than that it would’ve actually accommodated the amount of people it said it sleeps. Other than that property was very beautiful.

Hospitality at its finest!

Sarah is very accommodating. Ive been to vacation rentals that were essentially like cabins. You had to bring everything. This home makes you feel at home.

Great for large family

Had a nice stay for a week with our extended family of 15. Could have easily slept a few more. The house comes equipped with almost anything you would need. Kids loved the pop-a-shot and foosball. Sarah does an excellent job responding immediately to questions or concerns. We would stay again.

The house was clean and had everything we needed! Whennwe travel with our we usually have to bring so MANY ITEMS!!! but here there was everything! Even a stroller. For that i am grateful!!!! Overall it was an amazing stay! We will stay again.

This home is well stocked for infants through the elderly. They’ve thought of everything! Abundance of towels, kitchen supplies of all kinds, high chairs, cribs, wheelchair, bathing hair for elderly. Pool toys, game room, games. We were delighted with the cleanliness as well. Highly recommend this VBRO!

Can't recommend enough!

This was easily the best vacation rental I've ever been in! The amount of thought that has been put into every detail in this home is clear from the moment you walk in. The owner made the process so smooth and easy, which was such a help because planning a Disney vacation for 12 is no easy feat! This home had everything to accommodate us, make us feel welcome and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the house is baby and toddler proofed and so clean, the subtle Disney accents. I could go on- we were talking about how lovely the home was all weekend- but I'll just end with saying: highly highly recommend and if we ever take this trip again we know where we're staying!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space for everyone. The location is the best part. It's about a 5-10 minute drive to stores, restaurants, groceries, and waterparks. When you drive into the subdivision the clubhouse is on your left. We couldn't find it at first so I thought I would leave a note here for anyone else that would need it. The clubhouse has a small little store, a kitchen restaurant style (they sell hotdogs and such), and they also have nightly themes like karaoke night and trivia nights. The mini golf is also there. The subdivision is 90 percent vacation renters. If you need local info contact the host or the clubhouse they will be the ones with the most knowledge. I highly recommend paying for pool heat. We went in March and the weather was perfect but if we didn't have the heat the pool would have been too cold. The hot tub is fantastic. The host is great. Super responsive and very helpful.

Great home away from home

We were here two weeks over Christmas with our family. Sarah, property manager was great. Any concerns she responded almost immediately and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The home is loaded with tons of extras. We were well supplied with almost every utensil pot and pans, cookie sheets, baking dishes ,mixer, blender, slow cooker can openers. And the list goes on and on. The house was very clean and there were ample supplies to get us started. If you have infant children there are two cribs and I believe a stroller which we did not need but also had a wheelchair as one of our family members was disabled definitely accessible even a shower chair. There were ample beach towels, regular towels and face cloths. Kids played in the game room and it was quiet. You hardly knew they were around. My only complaint which is a minor one is the pool was coolish although we had it heated definitely not as warm as I eat mine at home other than that I would return with no hesitation loved it. I should also add the beds were very comfortable and ample pillows.

Privately managed. I stay at this house with my family so I regularly inspect and repair this property up to very high standards. Included are comforts like an abundance of kitchen supplies, feminine products, bath toys, baby safety measures.

This home is located in a private, gated, community with manicured lawns and great amenities. The community offers two heated pools and spas in addition to the private one located at the home. It also offers free use of the dry sauna, workout room, business center, athletic courts, 3 playgrounds and mini-golf.

We offer 8 themed bedrooms including 8 King sized beds, and 2 cribs on wheels. There are 4.5 bathrooms. There is a soaking garden tub with a separate shower on the first floor master bedroom. We have installed safety gates at the top and bottom of the steps and a safety fence for the pool.

Garage converted to game room with foosball table, dart board, dual player basketball game, and retro multi-game video game consul.

All bedrooms include a smart TV and free wifi.

Close to shopping, golfing and nature.

Great for large groups that prefer their own space.

This home offers 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths spread over 3000 square feet.

On the first floor the house has two bedrooms, a master bathroom and powder room.

The 6 bedrooms (including one master bed/bath) are split 3 on each side of the second floor, with 2 additional bathrooms off the hallway.

Set up like a home so you will have creature comforts. Plenty of towels and pillows. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products, hair dryers all available.

This house is regularly used by myself and my family so it is regularly inspected and maintained by me.

Close to all the fun! 3 miles from Disney! Walmart and Target are 10 minutes away if you forgot anything. Restaurants are within 2 miles.

All the kids things you could need (2 cribs, highchair, double stroller, baby gates at top and bottom of steps, pool gate, bath toys, baby bath, child sized flatware)-tucked out of sight if you don't need it.

Even though its close to the action its tucked away in a well-maintained, private, gated community that lends to its calming environment.

No houses behind this house - you can relax poolside with the forest view.
The pool and covered lanai are screened in.

Decorated subtly and tastefully with watercolor paintings- the parks are stimulating enough- its nice to have a calm space to retreat.

ADA bars beside downstairs toilets and tub, shower seat available. First floor bedrooms and bathrooms available.

Clubhouse is a short walk away that has a tiki bar that serves beer and wine.
