This location was perfect to accommodate my family coming into Orlando. We were here to celebrate a graduation and Sweet 16 celebration. This location is centrally located to Disney World, Universal Studios and other treasured locations.The pool is a great place to relax with family after visiting popular locations.The couches upstairs and downstairs feel like butter to your body

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed at this property and each stay has been nothing short of AMAZING! The house has a lot of space for the guest, it’s clean and has everything you need to feel at home! Owner communicates every step of the way, from booking to departure! Would definitely book again!

Great vacation home

Our family had an amazing time. The house has plenty of room. Lots of space to spread out with a large couch upstairs and downstairs for games and relaxation. The staff was amazing responding immediately to anything we needed. I highly recommend this house.

Great location, home & great property support

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is truly in close proximity to the parks yet far enough away to have peace and quiet when you need it. The house is very well laid out and felt like home. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy and timely. From the kids to the adults, it for all our needs. We would definitely stay again!

Family Thanksgiving Gathering!

Beautiful Villa, great location with lots of room and a great clubhouse close by. Furnishings, especially mattresses are worn but didn’t keep us from having a great time! Ricky, the property manager was very responsive when called. It was a great time and location for our family to be together.

We enjoyed our stay, everything is provided for a comfortable stay. We did pick up a little more TP, paper towels and garbage bags. But I’m sure if we asked they would have been provided. The 2 fridges were a great surprise, we were able to keep drinks and snacks in 1 and food for meals in the other. The house was spacious enough for our crowd of 15. We were able to push the 2 dinning tables together and have family meals and game night. The area was close enough to parks and many restaurants and groceries. The resort area itself had ice cream shop, food, bar and many other fun things to enjoy. Thank you again for making our vacation memorable.

Great experience!

This home was perfect for our group! We had a group of 16 and everyone slept very comfortably with so much space. This was clean, and had so much fun to enjoy. The heater pool and spa are definitely worth getting, we used them daily! Check in, out was flexible and easy. Our host was great, and communication was very easy. We will definitely be staying here for our annual trip.

Awesome House

Definitely recommend this home to any family that’s looking for a host that communicates well and in a timely manner, cleanliness of the home . I will definitely stay again at that home !!!!!!! Ohhh and friendly neighbors and not a bad drive to Disney . And a lot of restaurants around well as Walmart and Lowes. Give this property 10 out of 10

We really enjoyed our time at this villa and it is very nice community. Some other comments note the noise from the road behind but I felt it was nice not having neighbors backing onto the property, personal preference I guess.Lots of space for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids under 12) and having 2 fridges was a big benefit. Many places have the garages converted to a games room but this place has a functioning garage. This was great for stroller and ECV storage.Property was close to shopping and other amenities. Overall a great stay and would book again.
