This brand-new home features six bedrooms on 3 separate floors, to allow for the utmost privacy of every guest and vacationer. It was built with a unique attention to detail including mood lighting that will complement all of the modern amenities of the home. Each bedroom with a queen-size bed has its own mini fridge, K-Cup machine and connection for Roku. With three levels, this home offers 3 large size bedrooms equally on the first and third Floors. Four of the six bedrooms having queen size beds each and the remaining 2 Bedrooms on the first and third level boasting one set of bunk beds each.

Every Bedroom has a smart flatscreen TV allowing for a Roku or Netflix account hook-up. Both 1st and 3rd floor have a bathroom with a tub completing the very spacious living quarters for every guest. The living room combined with an open-concept dining area is a perfect opportunity to getting together at a table on your Maine vacation. Television kitchen area and main living room is connected to ROKU. The main floor offers the full size bathroom with an adjacent full size laundry room. The outdoor space is compact and inviting. Grill, sit with your friends and family and simply enjoy the beauty of Maine in every season on vacation. Memories that will last a life time.

This is our third year at the Cycad Ave house and every year has been incredible! The house is always clean and working with Coastal Getaways (Jan) is easy! They are professional, respectful, and responsive. I highly recommend both!

Modern Beach Hideaway

Nicely appointed new home. Great kitchen fully stocked with all utensils needed. We were comfortable with 10 adults. Location is excellent. Only a 5 minute drive to York Beach and 10 minutes to Ogunquit.

Maine Vacation 2021

The property was great overall and would recommend it. Very new and modern house. The set up and layout of the space along with the amenities is great for multiple families. The location is very nice as well. Within walking distance to Short and Long Sands beach which took about 20 minutes or so to get to. A recommendation for those looking at this house is to read through the description of the house provided in the VRBO site to better understand the actual layout and space as we found it to be a bit confusing when looking at the schematic pictures and descriptors provided on the main page. For example, it says there are 4 bathrooms, but only shows 3 schematic pictures. The house has three full bathrooms. Also, under the rooms & bed section the schematic pictures don't equate to what the house actually has to offer. There are 6 total bedrooms, (4) of which have 1 queen bed each and (2) which have a set of twin bunk beds each. It's a very nice layout in general and again great for multiple families.

York Maine Vacation
