Super sad we didn’t bring our puppy, the backyard was big and beautiful and just perfect for a dog or kids. The house was super cozy and put together, we loved our time here!! The host always replied within a reasonable time and had great communication if we had any questions. Definitely will be adding this place to our list of repeaters :)

Loved the place and was actually surprised with the gazebo in the back. We rented for a 1 night stay due to a cruise and the host was awesome. The host responded fast with any question i asked. Will use again in future for other cruises that comes my way.

The main bed, the queen, was very uncomfortable. So my husband and I slept in the two single beds. The pictures they used to describe the property was old and did not show a true description of what the property looked like. Some of the decorations and the rug was gone. But then again that’s not a huge deal. It’s like someone lived there then moved out and left several things in the home.

Very nice “cute and cozy” house

Anthony’s home is clean and comfortable and Anthony is an excellent host. The house is conveniently located near Wickham Park, several restaurants and stores. If we are ever in Melbourne again, we would definitely stay in this home.

Great location, cute and clean house

My family stayed at the cozy house for 5 days. The location is fantastic, close to the beaches and Merritt island. Do yourself a favor and grab some Mangoes. The house was very clean. Decently stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice house

The house and property were very nice and the house smelled soooo good! Had everything we needed and a beautiful big backyard that our doggie loved to explore. Nice sitting area outside and all the conveniences we needed inside. Would recommend and would revisit!

Cute and cozy!

The house was even cuter than shown in the listing! When we arrived there was soft music playing and the place smelled amazing! The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and all of the communication was helpful!

So cute and cozy.

Even though the dog seminar was cancelled due to weather we enjoyed our stay. Place was so cute and very clean. We had everything we needed. The pups enjoyed some short hikes at Turtle mound about an hour north. We found two great restaurants, The Fat Snook and Crush XI. And we visited Sebastian Inlet where I used to surf over 30 years ago. It was a nice trip. We would def stay again. Thanks.

Good location, very pet friendly with huge yard

The property was just what we needed for my husband and I and mother in law and two dogs to stay in town for my sister in law’s wedding weekend. The yard is huge—great for energetic outdoor pups to run around. Keypad entry made check in and out really easy. Host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, close to Melbourne and Satellite Beach. You do hear the train coming by occasionally but not a huge deal. The bathroom is quite small, but other than that, great house.

Communication was terrible. Access code was not incld'd in the Welcome email. I msg'd Anthony an hour before my 2 friends and I would reach the property, at check-in time of 4pm. No response by the time we arrived. I msg'd him again and waited several mins. We had tix for an activity and could not wait any longer, so we went there. Instead of engaging at the social event, I was chatting with the Vrbo bot. The only help that provided was Anthony's email address. I sent a an email. At about 5:30, I finally recv'd access code via the app, w/o an apology.... just "XXXX front code - please confirm if you received the code." The yard was nice. There was an old Christmas decoration on the door, which we thought was strange and tacky. Upon entry, nice scent and looked clean, AC was great, we loved the electric fire place. It changes colors and has a no heat setting. The sofa was comfy and it was nice to have throws provided. The Paris themed bed was squeaky and kept waking up my friend. The twin beds have a plastic cover which made my friend sweat. No problems with the beach themed bed. Everything else was 'ok'. I sent msg when we checked out... no response.

Wonderful place to stay

We were in Florida for three weeks and chose the cute cozy house for the duration of our stay. We instantly fell in love with the house and its host. Communication was awesome and I feel like every need would have been quickly fulfilled. The fully-fenced backyard is a plus if you're bringing a dog. The neighbourhood is really quiet and the neighbours seem very nice. Everything is within 5-15 minutes from the house (beach access, Home Depot, Walmart, library, fishing spots, grocery stores, etc.). It's a perfect place if you're looking to spend quality time in Florida. Thank you very much and if we ever go back to Melbourne, we'll be in touch!

Not worth the price

There was horrible communication between the host. I tried to cancel the booking with the host who agreed to do so but then when called by VRBO he would deny the cancellation. When I arrived, the code provided by the host was wrong which resulted in my family waiting outside in a not so trusting neighborhood until the host responded. The beds are uncomfortable
