Enjoy this first floor condo with your own private patio, just a 10-minute walk to the beach! Located next to fabulous restaurants and water sports, Sunset Beach, and the historic Corey Avenue shopping district. This ground floor condo has everything you need, including a large updated kitchen. We have a pool for guests of Parkside Condos, and Egan Park across the street has tennis courts, a boat ramp, a fishing pier, and a gazebo overlooking the water. The Treasure Island beaches are just around the corner!
