Keep in mind that oyster shells and marine life may be present in the water and around the beach, so swim at your own risk.
The house is located on Nelson Bay along a quiet road, but please be aware that during King Tides or storm events, the road may not be passable by some vehicles during high tide. Ample parking is available for guests, but please plan accordingly as the road may not always be accessible.
